Obtain stabilized welltest off gas lift. 2. SI well. . Pump diesel/Musol spear per attached schedule at least 6 hours before pumping fracture treatment.. 4. Record ISIP after pumping spear. 5. Pressure up annulus to 3500 psi. Note: Annulus pressure will rise as the treatment is pumped. The annulus pressure should not be allowed to rise above 3500 psi during the job. Attached is a graph shown the maximum WHTP at various annulus pressures. 6. RU treating equipment, including t~eesaver. e Pump fracture treatment per attached schedule. Expected maximum WHTP is 5200 psi. Monitor and record the wellhead tubing pressure during and after treatment. A record of WHP readings should be obtained for 30 minutes after shutdown. 8. Release pressure on annulus. Messrs. Gerlek and House , May 11, 1988 Page 6 The flowback should begin as soon as practical. The initial rate should be 50-100 BFPD. 10. Bring well back 100 psi per 24 hours the first four days. Record tank straps, choke settings, and WHPs during the entire flowback period. 11. Take BS&W samples after every choke change. Visually inspect samples for presence of frac sand. If frac sand is observed, increase WHP 100 psi and contact Operations Engineering. Well can be turned into CPF when BS&W is below 2%. 12. After flowback is complete, turn well into test separator for A Sand production test. KUPARUK WELL 2B-15 'A' SAND FRACTURE PUMP SCHEDULE 5/10/88 STP43E FLUID DESCRIPTION CLEAN VOLUME PUMP RATE PROP. Selected intervals will be logged. A 20", 2000 psi annular diverter will be installed on the 16" conductor while drilling the surface hole. The 13-5/8", 5000 psi, RSRRA BOPE stack will be installed on the 9-5/8" surface pipe. It will be tested upon installation and weekly thereafter. Test pressure will be 3000 psig (1800 psi for annular). Expected maximum surface pressure is 2683 psi. Pressure calculations are based on virgin reservoir pressure. Surface pressure is calculated with an unexpanded gas bubble at surface, including temperature effects. Casing will be tested to 2000 psi prior to releasing the drilling rig. Non-freezing fluids will be left in uncemented annuli through the permafrost interval. 2B-15 will be 60' away from 2B-14 at the surface. There are no closer wellbores anywhere downhole.
