Well has been a fulltime producer with very consistent on-time since being sidetracked in February 2011. Most recently in April 2024, an extended perforating intervention was completed that showed improved gross fluid rate and IOR post- perforating. Well has significant pressure differential between the tubing and IA (~1200 psi differential) and shows no signs of TxIA. OA was pressurized with nitrogen to 300 psi and a fluid level in the OA was at ~85’. Bubbling and fluid was observed in the conductor flutes/cellar. Well has a history of an open surface casing shoe with a LLR of 1 bpm at 1400 psi. Objective OA cement down-squeeze to repair SC leak. Aim is to have LCM bridge off the formation or in casing so that the OA is cemented to surface. Close in OA and wash-up upstream of the OA leaving nothing but cement in the OA. Valve Shop: 1. It was a CTD sidetrack in 2011 and has remarkable on-time since then. 1000’ Plus was perforated post-CTD in 2011. Short intervals of perforations were added in 2014 and 2016 that did result in improved gross fluid and oil rates. Objective:Drift to PBTD and perform FCO if needed. Add additional perforation footage to improve GFRs and oil production. CT deploy 211’ of charges over a 500’ interval in the 2-7/8” liner. Procedure: Slickline 1. Drift and tag to deviation and collect sample of any debris in liner in preparation for upcoming CT work. Coiled Tubing Drift and Flag 1. MU GR/CCL in a carrier with ~2.25” JSN drift. RIH to PBTD. Flag pipe and pull correlation log. a. Last time CT was in the well was 2014 and no issues were encountered getting into the liner. 2. RIH dry and if any fill is encountered consider do a fluff and stuff or FCO to clear liner of fill a. If significant fill is encountered call OE to make a plan forward – this is not very likely. 3. Correlate with attached Tie-in log. a. Correct flag and send to Jeff Nelson and OE for confirmation. Coil – Extended Perforating Notes: Remote gas monitoring for H2S and LELs are required for Open Hole Deployment Operations Due to the necessary open hole deployment of Extended Perforating jobs, 24-hour crew and WSS coverage is required. The well will be killed and monitored before making up the initial perf guns. This is generally done during the drift/logging run. This will provide guidance as to whether the well will be killed by bullheading or circulating bottoms up throughout the job. If pressure is seen immediately after perforating, it will either be killed by bullheading while POOH or circulating bottoms up through the same port that opened to shear the firing head. 4. After MU MHA and pull testing the CTC, tag-up on the CT stripper to ensure BHA cannot pull through the brass upon POOH with guns. Ext Perf A-39A PTD: 210-185 5. At surface, prepare for deployment of TCP guns. 7. Confirm well is dead. Bleed any pressure off to return tank. Kill well w/KWF, 8.4 ppg 1% KCl or 8.5 ppg as needed. Maintain hole fill taking returns to tank until lubricator connection is re-established. Fluids man-watch must be performed while deploying perf guns to ensure the well remains killed and there is no excess flow. 8.*Perform drill by picking up safety joint with TIW valve and space out before MU guns. Review well control steps with crew prior to breaking lubricator connection and commencing makeup of TCP gun string. Once the safety joint and TIW valve have been spaced out, keep the safety joint/TIW valve readily accessible near the working platform for quick deployment if necessary. e.At the beginning of each job, the crossover/safety joint must be physically MU to the perf guns one time to confirm the threads are compatible. 9.Break lubricator connection at QTS and begin makeup of TCP guns per schedule below. Constantly monitor fluid rates pumped in and fluid returns out of the well. Fluids man-watch must be performed while deploying perf guns to ensure the well remains killed and there is no excess flow. Submit a well schematic diagram with each 10-407 well completion report and 10-404 well sundry report when the downhole well design is changed. Item 1 a: Classification of Service Wells: Gas Injection,Water Injection,Water-Alternating-Gas Injection,Salt Water Disposal,Water Supply for Injection, Observation,or Other. Multiple completion is defined as a well producing from more than one pool with production from each pool completely segregated. Each segregated pool is a completion. Item 4b: TPI(Top of Producing Interval). Item 8: The Kelly Bushing and Ground Level elevation in feet above mean sea level. Use same as reference for depth measurements given in other spaces on this form and in any attachments. Item 13: The API number reported to AOGCC must be 14 digits(ex: 50-029-20123-00-00). Item 20: Report true vertical thickness of permafrost in Box 20. Provide MD and TVD for the top and base of permafrost in Box 28. Item 23: Attached supplemental records for this well should show the details of any multiple stage cementing and the location of the cementing tool. Item 24: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval(multiple completion),so state in item 1,and in item 23 show the producing intervals for only the interval reported in item 26. (Submit a separate form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the data pertinent to such interval). Item 27: Method of Operation: Flowing,Gas Lift,Rod Pump,Hydraulic Pump,Submersible,Water Injection,Gas Injection,Shut-In,or Other(explain). Item 28: Provide a listing of intervals cored and the corresponding formations, and a brief description in this box. Submit detailed description and analytical laboratory information required by 20 AAC 25.071. Item 30: Provide a listing of intervals tested and the corresponding formation, and a brief summary in this box. Submit detailed test and analytical laboratory information required by 20 AAC 25.071. (3) All True vertical Depths (TvDSS) are Subsea corrected. (4) All Formation Evaluation data is realtime data. (5) Baker Hughes INTEQ utilized CoilTrak downhole tools and the Advantage surface system to 109 this well . (6) Tools ran in the string included Casing Collar Locator, an Electrical Disconnect and Circulating Sub, a Drilling Performance Sub (Inner and Outer Downhole Pressure, vibration and Downhole weight on Bit) , a Directional and Gamma Sub, and a Hydraulic orienting Sub with a Near Bit Inclination Sensor. (7) Data presented here is final and has been depth shifted to a Primary Depth Control (PDC) provided by Schlumberger GR CSG dated 03 Feb 2011 per Walter Tifental with BP Exploration (Alaska) , Inc. (8) The sidetrack was drilled from A-39 through a milled window in a 5 1/2 inch liner. Top of window 9063 ft.MD (8679.7 ft.TVDSS) Bottom of window 9072 ft.MD (8688.1 ft.TVDSS) (9) Tied to A-39 at 9048 feet MD (8666.1 feet TVDSS) . (10) The interval from 9063 ft. to 9275 ft. MD (8679.7 ft. to 8794.9 ft. TVDSS) was logged 6 hours after drilling run 3. (11) The interval from 11715 ft to 11755 ft MD (8759.8 ft. to 8758.7 ft. TVDSS) was not logged due to sensor to bit offset at well TD.
