BY Approved by order of the Commission Robert N. Chdstens~n P,9 . . ~Commissioner Date ~:) Form 10-403 Rev. 06/15/88 Submit In Triplicate To: Blair Wondzell Subject: Suspension of injectors T-01i, T-07i and F-18i The Produced Water Injection (PWI) system at F and T pads consists of three wells (T-01 i, T-07i and F-18i) supplied by a common line running from GC1 to F-pad then branching off from F-pad to T pad. Total average daily injection rates for these three wells is 5 mbwpd. The 24" PWI distribution header inside module 301 at GC1 has areas of corrosion that will require repair if we want to continue injection at these wells. The PWI supply line running from F-pad to T-pad is badly corroded and will need to be replaced if we want to continue injection at T-pad. F-18i is currently injecting 1 mbwpd into the Sag River formation and is of indeterminate value from pressure maintenance or EOR standpoint. F-pad injection strategy is under review and will be updated later this year. Wells T-01i and T-07i inject 2 mbwpd each into the Sag/Ivishak formations and have very little value from pressure maintenance or EOR standpoint. Economics will not support the distribution header repair and line replacement work at this time. T-0 li and T-07i have been put into "long term suspension" as of 7/7/99. Wellbores are freeze protected, trees are safed out and PWI supply line is mothballed. F-18i will be suspended in a similar fashion in the near future. Suspension rather than abandonment has been chosen while we evaluate 1) F-pad injection value/strategy and 2) other potential uses for T-pad wells and surface facilities. 14/07/1999 as TREE: 6"McEVOY ~~ ~--I I KB. T-01 has 4 holes in the tubing based on a production log run while pumping down the inner annulus of the well. The same production log suggested that the packer is not leaking. On 2/27/97 a state- witnessed mechanical integrity test was performed to insure integrity of the 9 5/8" casing. The combined inner annulus / tubing was pressured to 2150 psi and no leak was observed. We are currently reviewing further development of theis area of the reservoir. By year end 1997 we will take a decision whether to shut-in T-01 or pull and replace the tubing. Attn.
