Subject: Corrosion Inhibitor Treatments of GPB A -Pad
Dear Mr. Regg,
Enclosed please find multiple copies of a spreadsheet with a list of wells from GPB Pad
A that were treated with corrosion inhibitor in the surface casing by conductor annulus.
The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space
and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere.
The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of
cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor.
As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as
notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10 -404,
Report of Sundry Operations.
If you require any additional information, please contact me or my alternate, Gerald
Murphy, at 659 -5102.
Sincerely,
q / hg-- /C-(1)

All,
Producer A -20 (PTD #1820130) passed a TIFL on 11/05/2011 after the orifice gas lift valve was changed
out. The passing TIFL confirms that tubing integrity is restored and the well is reclassified fo Operable. —

Subject: UNDER EVALUATION: Producer A -20 (PTD #1820130) Sustained IA Pressure Above MOASP
All,
Producer A -20 (PTD #1820130) has confirmed sustained IA casing pressure above MOASP. The
wellhead pressures were tubing /IA /OA equal to 1910/2060/10 psi on 10/18/2011. A TIFL failed on
10/19/2011. The well has been reclassified as Under Evaluation. The well may remain online while work
is conducted to attempt to restore integrity.
Plan forward:
1. Slickline: Change out orifice gas lift valve
2. DHD: Re -TIFL
3. WIE: If re -TIFL fails, evaluate dummying gas lift valves to MIT -IA
A TIO plot and wellbore schematic have been included for reference.

A coiled tubing cement squeeze of existing perforations is proposed as follows:
1) Rig up CTU and support equipment and pressure test BOP's to 4000 psi.
2) Pump cement and squeeze existing channel from 12154' - 12180' MDBKB to
reduce water production.
3) Reverse out cement after squeeze is obtained. Wait 12 hours, then test
squeeze by performing inflow test. If squeeze fails, immediately resqueeze.
4) If squeeze is successful, perforate the following intervals:
12010'-12057' MDBKB
12068'-12072' MDBKB
12090'-12128' MDBKB
5) Return well to production.

Obtain wellhead sample. Using the APl RP 42 emulsion testing procedures, test
emulsion tendencies when mixing a wellhead fluid sample with live and spent
15% HCL (with additives) at 180 deg F. Test with 5000 ppm ferric ion added.
Adjust the type and volumes of additives as dictated by the emulsion test results.

Rig up for a CTU acid job. Ensure a check valve is installed between the well and
pump van. Isolate SSSV. RIH with CTU.
4. Hang CT at 8850' MD and fluid pack with seawater.
Acidize 112' (224 holes) of Zone 4 perfs with 4500 gals 15% HCI and additives.
Maximum pressure is 4000 psi. Filter fluids to 3 microns. Reciprocate across perfs

PROPOSED DRILLING AND OCMPLETION PROGRAM
Wn~.~. A-20 (24-01-10-13)
Dry bucket 36" hole to 80' below ground level and cement 20" x 30" insulated
conductor to surface using 8 cu.yds, concrete.
Drill 17 1/2" hole vertically to 1600', then drill directionally to 2747'
MD. Run 13 3/8" 729 L-80 Buttress casing to 2747' MD and cement with
3720 cu. ft. Permafrost II cement.
Blcwout prevention equipment consists of 5000 psi W.P. pipe rams, blind
rams, and annular preventer from 13 3/8" casing point to T.D. Maximum
possible bottomhole pressure is 4390 psi at 8800' TVDss based on original
reservoir pressure. Maximum possible surface pressure is 3330 psi based on
a gas column to surface from 8600' TVDss and an oil column to 8800' TVDss.
Directionally drill 12 1/4" hole to 8727' TVD. Run 9 5/8" 479 L-80 But-
tress casing to 872_4~ TVD and cement first stage with 1700 cu. ft. Class G
cement. Cement second stage through D.V. packer collar at 2600' with
130 cu.ft. Permafrost C cement. 9 5/8" casing will be hung at surface;
the 9 5/8" x 13 3/8" annulus will be Arctic Packed.
Drill 8 1/2" hole to T.D. at 9610' TVD. Cement 7" liner to 500' inside
9 5/8" casing shoe with 435 cu. ft. Class G cement with 18% salt.
Run 3 1/2" EUE A/B mod. 8rd tubing with gas lift mandrels and a production
packer assembly at 8363' TVD. A subsurface safety valve with dual control
lines will be placed at 2100'. Displace tubing to diesel.
Install and test Xmas tree.
Suspend well for perforating subsequent to rig release. Details of
proposed perforations to be submitted on Sundry Notice to follow.
