Well History U - has been on water injection since 1987 and has not had a RWO during its life. This injector is perforated and frac'd in the Sag River as well as Zone 4. In March of 2010, an IBP was set to isolate lower Z4 from the upper Z4 to improve conformance and injectivity. It is still early to obtain concrete results from this action but injectivity appears to be better. In preparation for an AOGCC pressure test, this well failed a MIT -T and MIT -IA in July of 2010. A CMIT -TxIA passed on 7/17/10. A caliper run in early July of 2010 indicated a hole at 6179' MD (caliper log depth). This hole was confirmed with a TecWel LDL. This LDL also found a leak signature at the packer but a recent CMIT with a plug set at the sliding sleeve passed indicating no issues at the packer. In similar cases it has been found that the TIW HBBP Packers leak through the bleed port below the sealing element, leading to T x IA communication and failed MIT -T x IA pressure tests. The nature of this leak is verified by setting a plug above the packer and performing a passing CMIT. Because the bleed port is below the sealing element, the packer does not require repair. This appears to be the case for U -10 and we are thus only setting a patch over the hole found in the tubing to restore integrity. Historically, there is evidence that this injector is providing pressure support to H -Pad and lowering of H -Pad GORs. Inhibitor Treatments of GPB U Pad Dear Mr. Maunder, Enclosed please find multiple copies of a spreadsheet with a list of wells from U Pad that were treated with corrosion inhibitor in the surface casing by conductor annulus. The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10 -404, Report of Sundry Operations. The fluid used for the pressure test was 50/50 .methanol and water and :was pretty cool to the touch. I believe that the combination of cold fluid and not beingfluid packed may have been what was contributing to the slight bleed down.
