The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10 -404, Report of Sundry Operations. If you require any additional information, please contact me or my alternate, Gerald Murphy, at 659 - 5102. Sincerely, Mehreen Vazir BPXA, Well Integrity Coordinator • 0 BP Exploration (Alaska ) Inc. PT equipment to 4500 psi. RIH w/CT & fluid packed wellbore w/hot seawater, then reciprocated acid across the perforations at: 9328 - 9482' MD (Z4) 9507 - 9520' MD (Z4) 9532 - 9540' MD (Z4) Ref. Log: BHCS 11/3/85. Pumped 97 bbls 12% HCI w/10% Xylene, followed by 200 bbls hot seawater displacement. Pumped 46 bbls of Latex Acid Resistive Cement, squeezing the perforations (listed above). Placed 30 bbls of cement behind pipe at 1200 psi maximum squeeze pressure. Several pressure breakbacks occurred during the job, & hesitations were attempted to reach squeeze pressure. Contaminated cement & cleaned out contaminated cement from wellbore down to 9420' MD. Left a cement plug below 9420' MD to isolate the lower squeezed perf intervals. POOH. RD. 3/22/92: RIH & tagged the top of the cement plug at 9412' MD. 3/30/92: Reperforated: 9328 - 9360' MD (Z4) Ref. Log: BHCS 11/3/85. 4/5/92: RIH w/CT & pumped 11 bbls gelled slurry containing 1100 lbs 20/40 mesh sand, to place a sand plug on top of the cement plug. Final top of sand tag was 9382' MD. POOH w/CT. Rigged down. 4/6/92: PT equipment to 9250 psi. Pumped a Perforation Breakdown followed by a Propped Fracture Treatment, using 16/20 mesh & resin coated proppants, through perforations above the sand plug (listed above). Pumped Breakdown: a) 120 bbls 20# Gelled Pre Pad spear @ 40 bpm, followed by b) 180 bbls 20# Gelled Pre Pad w/250 ball sealers @ 40 bpm, followed by c) 225 bbls Flush, followed by d) Shutdown. ISlP @ 1590. Surged well 3 times to unseat balls. Pumped Fracture Treatment: e) 370 bbls 40# Crosslinked Gelled Pad w/5% ESL @ 25 bpm, followed by f) 419 bbls 40# Cross Linked Slurry, w/proppant concentrations @ 1 - 10 ppg, followed by g) 216 bbls 20# Flush, followed by h) Shutdown. Placed a total of 71,000 lbs of proppant into the formation. 4/9/92: Performed a proppant fill cleanout down to 9385' MD. Returned well to production w/gas lift & obtained a valid welltest.
