The liner starts to really kick with a 102 degree deviation and a has series of doglegs from 9902'-10235' md, slow milling with stalls through there. Milling ROP not progressing/was very slow at 9991'. Pump 5bbl gel pill and POOH to change bit/inspect bit. 6/7/2015 ***Job continued*** Daily Report of Well Operations PBU P-17 CTU 3 1.75" coil CV=32.8 Objective Mill scale-DAD acid stimulation. Continue OOH pumping to 50'. POP off well inspect bit. Significant side wear/buttons were missing. Bit gauged —2.61" (smallest GR available). Well put back on production while cutting. Cut 50' of pipe. MU new CTC. Inspected disco (replaced shear screws)/circ. Disco leaked during fluid pack for PT(bad o-ring). It is likely that the disco sub was leaking at some point during milling which could negatively affect torque/RPMs. Install new disco with 5/8" ball seat. MU new 2.13" xtreme motor and redressed 2.73"tubro scale mill. RIH. Tag 9283'which is the area that we started milling with previous bit that was 0.02" smaller than current bit. 9283' has been a hard spot to mill by on all trips thus far. Milled down to 10,085'ctm. Milled down to 10097 with very low ROP/had to time mill for—4hrs. Decision to bit trip and put on diamond parabolic. Continue to pump OOH. 6/8/2015 ***Job Continued*** ASRC Test Unit 1. Used turbo scale mill gauged —2.65" OD and had significant side wear/buttons were missing. Inspect disco/circ sub, replace shear screws in disco. CTC found to be leaking during PT. Cut 50' pipe. Select 2.73"diamond parabolic borrowed from Nordic 2 (SN#715056). MU new ctc/old dfcv/new jar/new disco/new 2.13xtreme motor/2.73"diamond parabolic. POP well and RIH. RIH at 0.90 fpm with minimal motorwork down to the top set of perfs at 10280 -10330. Made it thru the top set of perfs (10280-10330) and had smooth sailing until 10,443'. Unable to get past. Had 5 hard stalls with 4-6k overpulls. Came off the pump and tried to dry drift. No luck.Tagged down at same spot. PUH into the 3-1/2" liner. RIH and dry tagged down at problem area at 10,443'.Clear all the way to this point. Bring pump back online and pumped 15 bbl gel pill and chasing it to surface. Diamond parabolic has significant side wear and side wear only. No go 2.71 Go on 2.72". MU slim 1.75" bha w/ball drop nozzle. Packoffs not holding during high PT unless excessive pressure applied. Decision to c/o packoffs. Depth counter chain sloppy, swap out entire assembly, grease injector. MU slim ball drop nozzle BHA and RIH with well shut in.AL shut in at casing valve. 6/9/2015 ***Job on progress** ASRC Test Unit 1. Assist CTU Milling and Acid Flowback/Test. ** Cont. from WSR 6/9/15 ** Continue to Assist CTU, CTU @ Surface for Tool C/O, CTU RIH, CTU Pump off Acid Treatment, CTU POOH, POP Well, Flow Well, Assist CTU. Inlet Well P-17 Outlet Well P-15. ** Continue on 6/10/2015 WSR 6/11/15 ** Coil#3 1.75"coil Objective Mill Scale-Dad acid stimulation Continue RIH w/slim 1.75" drift/acid BDN. Well and AL SI. Tag PBTD @ 11235' ctm. PUH to 9200'. Load and kill well with 1% KCL w/ F-103. Perform an injectivity test down coil @ 1 bpm with 0 whp. Underbalance well with 110 bbls of diesel. Static WHP=235psi. Reciprocate 14 bbls of 90:10 DAD acid across perfs from 10,250 to 10,950'. Let acid soak for one hour. PUH and park above top perf interval at 10, 250'. Attempt to pump acid stimulation but encountered mechanical issues with batch mixer when pumping wax beads. Unable to pump wax beads down coil. Notified APE. Pumped a total of 62 bbls of 90:10 DAD acid treatment as per program without wax beads. (see log for details). POOH. Turn well over ASRC to flowback well. 6/10/2015 **Continued on WSR 06/11/15** ASRC Test Unit 1. Assist CTU Milling and Acid Flowback/Test. ** Cont. from WSR 6/10/15 ** Continue Acid Flowback, Well Cleaned up, Diverted liquids to Production, S/I Well for CTU Rig up, POP Well, CTU RIH, CTU Continue Milling, CTU POOH, POP Well, Begin 3 Hr Test. Inlet Well P- 6/11/2015 17 Outlet Well P-15. ** Continue on WSR 6/12/15 ** Daily Report of Well Operations PBU P-17 CTU 3 1.75" coil CV-32.6bbI Objective Milling Scale-DAD acid Continue to flow well back to tanks. pH of 7 obtained ASRC divert back to production. MU 2.13" milling BHA w/2.71" diamond parabolic. RIH dry tag 10429 pu clean. See log for milling details. Minimal/no motorwork down to 10931', had multiple stalls at 10931'/not making headway. It is possible we were at the 2-7/8"xover. First milling run were tagging 3.5" deployment sleeve —25' shallow. POOH chasing final 10bbI gel pill pumping OOH. Diamond parabolic mill had more side wear, little to now wear on face. Mill went in 2.71"and came out 2.68" Plan forward to not pump additional acid and let ASRC flow well back for 8hr test. Obtain permit, spot equipment, grease well head and rig up equipment. Pressured tested all treating lines and equipment. Pumped 4 stages of Pre-Flush (81 bbls 1% KCI w/ 1% Techni-Wet), 4 stages of Scale Inhibitor Slug (427 bbls of 1% KCI w/ 10% Scaletrol 720 and 0.25% Techni-Wet 4353), and 4 stages of Overflush (360 bbls of 1% KCI w/0.25% Techni-Wet 4353). Pumped 3 stages of Wax Diversion (18 bbls Total)w/756 lbs Wax Beads in 2%J570 in 2% KCI at 1 ppg concentration in each diversion. Displaced Tubing with 78 bbls of 1% KCI and Freeze Protected Tubing w/38 bbls of Diesel. Witnessed wellhead pressure increace of 150-200 psi indicating a diversion as each of the wax beads diversions came in contact with the perfs.
