Prior to the shut in date the well produced from the Lisburne Wahoo formation. Upon review there was confirmation of multiple leaks. In March 2012 an LDL was performed and found a leak through the TRSSSV control line at ~1,854’ and a tubing leak at ~11,277’. An IBP was then set in April 2014 above the known leaking WRP. In April of 2024 an LDL detected a leak at the packer at 11,320’ with LLR of 1.5 gpm. Objective: The objective of the IA Cement job is to restore integrity. Cement will be circulated down CT and up the IA through a cement retainer. Cement column length in the IA is planned to be ~320’ MD. The proposed TOC in the IA is ~11,000’ MD(8,057’ TVD). Projected TOC will be 4,050’ TVD below the SC shoe at 4,007’ TVD and 2,927’ TVD deeper than the estimated top of UG4 formation at 5,130’ TVD (per AOGCC 736 - Rule 2 TOC must be at least 1,500’ TVD below the casing shoe and no shallower than 500’ MD above the UG4 formation top). The Proposed TOC would leave 320’ cement above the packer. Current Bottom Hole PSI:2542 psi on 2/05/12 Max. Pressure test coil connector and CT to 4500 psi in anticipation of potential high circulating pressures during cement job if using 1.5” CT. Preferably pump cmt job with 2” CT. 3. MU composite cement retainer stinger with centralizers. RIH. 4. Establish baseline injectivity taking returns from the well prior to stinging into retainer. Fluid pack CT to Diesel. 5. Sting into the cement retainer. (There is no way to verify we are stung in due to leak) 6. Apply appropriate WOB as per tool rep. 7. Establish circulation down the coil tubing and up the IA to tanks. Verify 1:1 returns. Verify acceptable return rate before mixing cement. Verify CTBS is shut in. Monitor WH pressure throughout job. 8. Pump cement schedule: a. Spacer – 5 bbls b. 15.8 ppg Class G Cement – 14 bbls pumpable c. Spacer – 5 bbls d. Displacement – Based on coil volume. 9. Keep track of returns from the IA. Note bbls returned to indicate cmt loss through leaking packer. 10. With 1 bbl left in CT stop taking returns from IA and attempt to down squeeze ~0.5 bbls through leaking packer. Ensure sufficient thickening time remains. Max pressure 2500 psi. 11. With 0.5 bbl left in CT shutdown and un-sting from the retainer. Note WH pressure after un- stinging to verify check is holding. 12. While holding a minimum of the final WH pressure lay in remaining 0.5 bbl of cmt on top of the retainer. 13. POOH while pumping pipe displacement and holding final WH pressure to ensure cement does not U tube into tubing. (2-7/8” retainer has a poppet check valve) 14. When at surface trap final WH pressure. 15. Wait on cement. 16. Mill retainer and cement near top of CBP. 17. CMIT-TxIA to 2500 psi. Note TRSSV is leaking where an MIT-T is not possible. We will be testing the packer squeeze. DO NOT MILL CBP BEFORE CMIT-T. Confirm PT results with OE before milling CBP Set 2-7/8” Cement retainer in the joint above the leak @ 11,238’ MD Objective is to compare circulation pressures before and after stinging into the retainer. - mgr circulation pressure L4-18: IA Cement Page 4 of 9 18. MIT-T & CMIT-TxIA to 2,500 psi max applied, 2,250psi target. AOGCC to witness. a. Provide 24hr AOGCC notice for witness. 5. If MIT-T passes pull the dummy subsurface safety valve. 6. Pull 2-7/8” XN Plug. 7. Set Gas Lift Valves as per GL Engineer. 8. Set dummy subsurface safety valve. 9. Turn well over to Operations. Well Integrity/DHD: 1.
