Ted Stagg / '/ Prepared by Paul Rauf 564-5799, INSTRUCTIONS General: This form is designed for submitting a complete and correct well completion report and Icg on all types of lands and leases in Alaska. Item 1: Classification of Service wells: Gas injection, water injection, steam injection, air injection, salt water disposal, water supply for injection, observation, injection for in-situ combustion. Item 5-' Indicate which elevation is used as reference (where not otherwise shown) for depth measurements given in other spaces on this form and in any attachments. Item 16 and 24: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval (multiple completion), so state in item 16, and in item 24 show the producing intervals for the interval reported in item 27. Submit a separate form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the data pertinent to such interval. Item 21: Indicate whether from ground level (GL) or other elevation (DF, KB, etc.). Existing perfs will be shut off and the sidetrack will target Zone 1A/lB to the west of the current completion. This sidetrack will be conducted in two phases. Phase 1: Drift, set whipstock, cement existing perfs. Planned for Oct. 26-27, 2000. · The IA will be loaded and pressure tested to 2500 psi. · A dummy whipstock drift will be run. · A casing caliper will be run on the liner and tubing. · E-Line will set the whipstock at approx. 9268' MD (8686ss). · Service coil will shut off existing perfs with approx. 20 bbls cement. Phase 2: Mill window, Drill and Complete sidetrack: Planned for Oct. 30, 2000. Drilling coil will be used to mill the window then drill and complete the directional hole as per attached plan. The sidetrack will be completed with a cemented liner. Top of 3 Y2" x 2 7/8" liner to be approx. 8695' MD with top of liner cement approx. 8900' MD. Approx. 24 bbls cement will be used for this liner cement job. Mud Program: · Phase 1: Seawater · Phase 2: Seawater and FIo-Pro (8.6 - 8.7 ppg) Disposal: · No annular injection on this well. · All drilling and completion fluids and all other Class II wastes will go to Grind & Inject. · All Class I wastes will go to Pad 3 for disposal. Casing Program.. · 2 7/8" x 3 Y2" cemented liner will be run from TD to approx. 8695' MD (8135ss). Top of liner cement will be at approx. 8900'MD (8331ss). Well Control: · BOP diagram is attached. · Pipe rams, blind rams and the CT pack off will be pressure tested to 400 psi and to 3500 psi. · The annular preventer will be tested to 400 psi and 2000 psi. Directional · See attached directional plan. BHL (State Plane): 711,303; 5,949,027. Max. hole angle is 90 deg. · Magnetic and inclination surveys will be taken every 30 ft. No gyro will be run. Logging · An MWD Gamma Ray log will be run over all of the open hole section. · A real time Resistivity Log will be run in open hole and a memory CNL wil be run in cased hole. Hazards · A 4-32 production test separator sample was measured at 355 ppm H2S on 9/8/00. · Lost circulation risk is Iow. Reservoir Pressure Res. press, is estimated to be 3365 psi at 8800ss.
