Each of these wells was found to have a void in the conductor. These voids were filled with cement if needed and corrosion inhibitor, engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. The cement was pumped August 15~' and 23rd 2009, and the corrosion inhibitor/sealant was pumped August 27~', 28;~' and 29~' 2009. The attached spreadsheet presents the well name, top of cement depth prior to filling, and volumes used on each conductor. A 20", 2000 psi annular diverter will be installed on the 16" conductor while drilling the surface hole. The 9-5/8" casing will be set through the West Sak Sands at approximately 3800'MD (3800'TVD). A 13-5/8", 5000 psi, RSRRA BOPE stack will be installed on the 9-5/8" surface pipe. It will be tested upon installation and weekly thereafter. Test pressure will be 3000 psig (3000 psi for annular). Expected maximum surface pressure is 2867 psi. Pressure calculations are based on latest reservoir pressure. Surface pressure is calculated with an unexpanded gas bubble at surface, including temperature effects.~ Selected intervals will be logged.
