The passing test confirms two competent barriers in the wellbore. The well is reclassified as Operable. • Well status is Operable • Annuli are fluid packed • A SS5V is not needed Please use caution while placing well on production due to fluid packed annuli and the potential for annular fluid expansion. On August 16, 2015 the pressures were confirmed to be TBG/IA/OA= 2140/2140/0 psi. A subsequently cold TIFL failed the same day. As the well is unavailable to be brought online due to surface constraints, the well has been reclassified as Not Operable until integrity can be verified or restored. Plan Forward: 1. Downhole Diagnostics:TIFL—FAILED 08/16/15 2. Slickline: Change out orifice gas lift valve 3. Downhole Diagnostics: Re-TIFL 4.
