The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10 -404, Report of Sundry Operations. '-- Submit in PROPOb.--,., DRILLING AND COMPLETer,, WELL 11-03A _1'4-10-15] PROGRAM OBJECTIVE: Well 11-03 is currently shut-in due to high GOR production from a liner leak and partial casing failure near the base of Zone 3. A redrill is requested to replace the existing wellbore. CURRENT STATUS: DS 11-03 is currently shut-in due to production problems associated with the liner leak. Following the most recent squeeze the well returned to high GOR and began to produce rocks from the formation, presumably from the liner leak. The existing wellbore has cement below 12873' MD, covering a 4-1/2" tubing tail assembly at 12900' MD. DS 11 is an H2S area and appropriate safety precautions will be taken. DS 11-03 is an 160-acre gravity drainage producer one row out from the FS-2 waterflood. The well took 61 days to drill which included a sidetrack of the original weilbore after sticking the BHA and subsequent problems encountered while cement the 7" liner for the sidetracked wellbore. The well was drilled to 13220' in September, 1981. The 13-3/8" surface casing is set from surface to 2762'; the 9-5/8" intermediate casing is set from surface to 11678'; and the 7" liner is set from 10662' to 12952'. The well is completed with 5-1/2" tubing and a 9-5/8" permanent packer with a 4-1/2" tailpipe assembly. PROPOSED PRE-RIG PROGRAM: (Operation to be Approved Under Sundry Notice) Rig up coiled tubing unit. Cement squeeze all existing perforations and leave at least 100' of cement above the upper pedoration at 12320'. RU slickline unit. RIH and confirm cement top. RIH with jet cutter and cut 5-1/2" tubing just above the PBR. Circulate well over to seawater and freeze protect well to 2000'. Set 5-1/2" BPV. PROPOSED DRILLING PROGRAM: (Operations to be Approved Under Drilling Permit) The milling/drilling fluid program will consist of a 9.5 ppg water based mud in the 8-1/2" hole.
