Continue weekly bop test. Discovered a leak at lower blind shear bonnet/bop body. Swapped it out, re- test lower blind shear in addition to the remainder of bop test. Pad op requested an abreviated well test before we shut in/RU. MU/RIH with HES 2.9 carrier mem GR/CCL with 3.25" JSN. Tagged PBTD at 10625CTM and logged up to 8600. Flag painted at 10250. OOH with logging tools and log shows a correction, making PBTD =10647.83, and corrected EOP at flag = 10262.89. The pressures were confirmed to be T/I/0=2010/2020/0 psi. The well failed a subsequent TIFL on 3/10/18 indicating a potential loss of one or more well barriers.
