All, Producer H-32 (PTD#1940250)was placed under evaluation on 10/02/17 for having sustained inner annulus pressure over NOL. A tubing tail plug was set on 10/12/17 and on 10/14/17 slickline changed out the live gas lift valves with dummy gas lift valves. The well passed a MIT-T to 2412 psi along with a passing CMIT-TxIA to 2448 psi. The passing tests confirms the integrity of two competent barriers. The well is now reclassified as OPERABLE. The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10 -404, Report of Sundry Operations. Merv Liddelow (BP Rep.) performed the SVS tests today. All components functioned propedy and held their pressure tests. The new style pilot boxes were installed on most of the wells, which combined with the reliability of the electronic pilots helped to produce these great results. The well houses were all clean with pilot valves in proper position. SUMMARY: I witnessed the SVS test on twenty BPX H pad wells in the Prudhoe Bay Field. 20 wells, 40 components, No failures. Comments Had to shut down after 40 bbls pad behind pipe to fix a leak. Compensated for loss of pad volume, and for loss of effect of linear gel ahead of pad, by pumping extra 100 bbls pad and doing job at 31 bpm. Looks like TSO came at about the right time- maybe 1.5 min early-but then things either got real stiff or we suffered from pack back. Got 10 bbls of good 10 ppg behind pipe. At 9:30PM the crew said they were hav~ing problems with the test pump. An electrican came to the rig and fixed the problem and the test began. On the first test the top pipe rams leaked on the Iow pressure. It was decided to change out the ram blocks. Mike Whitely, at this point, informed me that the E- line unit was--°n-location to run a gyro and ask me if they could make a run before continu~ing to test. ! agreed to this and departed the location to check another rig. Tuesday, March 1, 1994: ! received a call at 3:00 AM from Don saying he would be ready to test in about an hour. I returned to the rig and the test got underway at 6' 15AM. As the attached BOBE test report shows there were 5 failures. The upper pipe rams, which were repaired, and 4 valves in the choke manifold. Three of the valves were downstream of the chokes and a valve upstream of the chokes used as a blow down port. Don ask if he could remove the valve and put a blind flange in the place of it. I told him that it was fine with me. The other valves are to be repaired and I will be notified with in 3 days. Summary: I witnessed the BOPE test on BPX's H-32 being drilled by Nabors rig 18E, Test time was 7 hours - 5 failures. , STATE OF ALASKA OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION BOPE Test Report OPERATION: Drlg: X Drlg Contractor: Operator: Well Name: Casing Size: 10.750" Test: Initial X Workover: DATE: 3/1/94 NABORS Rig No. 18-E PTD # 94-25 Rig Ph.# 659 - 4608 BPX Rep.: MIKE WHITELY H- 32 Rig Rep.: DON DUBOIS Set@ 3292' Location: Sec. 21 T. 11N R. 13E Meridian U Weekly Other MISC.
