BP has since been in the process of bleeding viscous insulating fluid from the void.At the time of the discovery T/I/O=230/1415/552 psi, and the original conductor gauge was plugged off.The pressure is believed to be due to the conductor being full of the heavy fluid and thermal changes.This string is not considered part of the pressure envelope,and as such is not designed as a reservoir barrier. I have attached a copy of the wellbore schematic for reference. Please call with any questions. The rig was ready to test when I arrived. I made a tour of the location and found all necessary BOPE to be installed. There was some problem testing due to the master valve on the tree had a small leak and would not hold pressure from the top side. This required a visual observation of most of the BOP during the pressure tests, I recommended that in the future before rigging up the surface stack the tree be serviced and a back pressure valve be installed in the tubing hanger to test against. Ail equipment tested functioned properly and seemed to be in good working order. SUMMARY: I witnessed the weekly BOP test on Dowells Coil Tubing rig # 2. Test time six hours, 13 valves, no failures.
