CEMENTING PROGRAM me The 20" conductor will be set at 80' below the surface 115' K.B.), then cemented to the surface with permafrost cement. Bt The 13-3/8" surface casing will be cemented with 1600± sacks of Arco Fondu cement followed by permafrost cement which will be pumped until good lead cement returns are obtained at the surface. Ce The 7" production casing will be cemented in two stages. The primary cementing job will consist of 680± sacks of class "G" cement pumped around the casing shoe (estimated 2000± of annular cement, assuming an AHS=ll"). The secondary cement job will consist of 300± sacks of permafrost type "C" cement followed by 180± barrels of Arctic Pack, pumped down the 7" x 13-3/8" annulus. II. ANTICIPATED GEOLOGY 0' - 4000' Surface conglomerates, silt and sand sequences. Estimated based of permafrost at 1700±. 4000' - TD Predominately shale until the Kuparuk sands - expected at 6900'± subsea TVD. III. FORMATION EVALUATION me Standard mud logging equipment to be used below the surface pipe. B. Sidewall cores to be taken as determined by onsight geologist. Co Wireline logs for the 8~" . 2 hole from T.D to the 13-3/8" shoe will include: Dual induction laterolog; borehole compensated sonic-gamma ray; formation compensated density with CNL'and GR-caliper. We do not plan to log the 17½" hole. IV. DRILLING FLUIDS A high viscosity gel-fresh water (dispersed) mud system 0' - 2500' Low solids dispersed gel/water mud system 2500' - TD V. DIRECTIONAL PROGRAM The well has a proposed KOP of 500' and wi].], build angle in a north 46° west direction. The closest that the D-2 will come to another wellbore is from surface to kick-off depth where the proposed D-2 will be 250' southwest of the existing D-1 well.
