It failed an AOGCC witnessed test on 10/2024. GX sealant was pumped, but the valve did not test. The valve will operate but will not stay open. A hold open sleeve was run on 1/25/25 and flowed to get FTPs to design K-valve. Objective: Lock-out tubing retrievable SSSV. Set K-valve SSSV in locked out SSSV at 2118’. Slickline Procedure: 1. MIRU Slickline. 2. Pull hold open sleeve from 2,118’. 3. Lock out SSSV at 2,118’. 4. Run k-valve in nipple at 2,118’. 5. POP well. Test SSSV 1. AOGCC witnessed safety valve test within 5 days of P2-41 being brought online. a. Notify AOGCC 24 hours in advance b. Ensure state test kit is complete and a digital gauge is calibrated and functional. Gauge will have a suitable range for the test. c. A 15 minute criteria to reach dome pressure is achieved after beginning bleed d. After reaching dome pressure the SSSV must actuate and close within 4 minutes. e. After valve closure with a measurable pressure differential across the valve, there must be no detectable leakage as evidenced by a stabilized, flat-line pressure response. The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10 -404, Report of Sundry Operations.
