ITEM 1a: Classification of Service Wells: Gas Injection, Water Injection, Water-Altemating-Gas Injection, Salt Water Disposal, Water Supply for Injection, Observation, or Other. Multiple completion is defined as a well producing from more than one pool with production from each pool completely segregated. Each segregated pool is a completion. ITEM 4b: TPI (Top of Producing Interval). ITEM 8: The Kelly Bushing elevation in feet above mean low low water. Use same as reference for depth measurements given in other spaces on this form and in any attachments. ITEM 13: The API number reported to AOGCC must be 14 digits (ex: 50-029-20123-00-00). ITEM 20: True vertical thickness. ITEM 22: Attached supplemental records for this well should show the details of any multiple stage cementing and the location of the cementing tool. ITEM 23: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval (multiple completion), so state in item 1, and in item 23 show the producing intervals for only the interval reported in item 26. (Submit a separate form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the data pertinent to such interval). ITEM 26: Method of Operation: Flowing, Gas Lift, Rod Pump, Hydraulic Pump, Submersible, Water Injection, Gas Injection, Shut-In, or Other (explain). ITEM 27: If no cores taken, indicate "None". BP Prudhoe Bay W -OSA CTD Sidetrack Summary of Operations Well W -05 is scheduled for a rig work over with Doyon 16 followed by a through tubing sidetrack with coiled tubing drilling rig Nordic 1. The work over will recover the 3-1/2" I L80 tubing and packer, plug and abandon the existing perforations with class G cement .3/1 (þ v4 and run a 4-1/2" 13Cr-80 tubing string and packer. The sidetrack, W -05A, will kick off from a window milled off a mechanical whipstock set above the abandoned perforations. Upper Zone 4 sands will be the target for this sidetrack. Initial plan is to run a pre drilled liner but if water is encountered a solid cemented liner may be set instead. Pre Rig Prep Work i) Complete mechanical integrity test of inner and outer annulus. ii) Pressure test wellhead and tubing packoffs Nordic 1 CTD - Set whipstock, mill window, drill and complete sidetrack: iii) Run whipstock through 4-112" tubing into the 5-112" liner and set at 14210' /J MD. iv) Mill 3.8" window at 14210' MD, through the 5-112" liner. , v) Directionally drill 1565' of 3-3/4" to 4-1/8" hole to a planned TD of 15775' ~ MD, 9041' TVD. vi) Run 3-3/16" x 2-7/8" pre drilled liner from TD up into 4-1/2" tail pipe to /' 13640' MD. viii) Rig down Nordic 1. Mud Program 8.7 ppg PIo-Pro / Disposal All drilling and completion fluids and all other Class n wastes will go to grind and inject or to Pad 3. All Class I wastes will go to Pad 3 for disposal. Casing Program 760' of 3-3/16" Tcn 6.4# L-80 (blank) from 14400' MD up into the 4-1;2" tubing tail to 13640' MD. 1375' of 2-7/8" STL 6.5# L-80 (pre drilled) from TD up to 14400' MD. No cement as we are running a pre drilled liner. Well Control 7-1/16" BOP diagrams are attached. Directional . . See attached directional plan. Planned new hole consists of a build section of length 179' followed by a horizontal section of length 312' followed by further build and drop section(s) (depending on oil water contact) of 1075'. Max planned hole angle is -94.6 degrees. Magnetic and inclination surveys will be taken every 30 f1. Logging MWD gamma ray and resistivity will be run over the open hole section for geosteering purposes. Hazards No faults are expected in this well though one nearby well suffered severe losses. Estimated 30%-50% chance of encountering losses. ,..', The H2S concentration at the closest surface location to this well was 10 m(þ.-ai W -04 " taken on Aug 18,2000 and the H2S leVel~..2. r :a. ding at the well with the secona closest bottom hole location, P-09AL, was 10 p~aken on Feb 192003. Reservoir Pressure The pore pressure at 8890' TVD is estimated to be 3400 psi (7.4 ppg equivalent mud weight).
