Subject: Corrosion Inhibitor Treatments of GPB DS 15
Dear Mr. Maunder,
Enclosed please find multiple copies of a spreadsheet with a list of wells from GPB DS
15 that were treated with corrosion inhibitor in the surface casing by conductor annulus.
The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space
and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere.
The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of
cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor.
As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as
notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10-404,
Report of Sundry Operations.

15-46L1 Sidetrack
Summary of Operatious:
Well 15-46 is scheduled for a through tubing sidetrack with SLBlNordic 1 in Late June. Production from the existing ,,/
well will be retained with a flow thru whipstock set at approx 11,815' in the 4-1/2" liner. The well targets Zone 1
reserves. The sidetrack will be completed with a slotted/solid un-cemented liner. A schematic diagram of the proposed
sidetrack is attached for reference. Contingency will be to run solid cemented and perforated liner if high loss circulation /
is encountered, a sundry will be submitted at that time if needed.
Pre CTD Summary /
1) Slick-line - Drift tubing and liner. Dummy gas lift valves. Pressure test IA to 2500 psi.
2) Service CTU - Drift liner, set flow thru whipstock anchor with check valve. Run whipstock tray, latch into
anchor to space out top of whipstock at approx. 11815' md.
