The pressures were confirmed to be TBG/IA/OA SSV/2100/0 psi. A cold TIFL subsequently failed on September 10, 2015 indicating a lack of potential downhole barriers. As the well is unavailable to be brought online, the well has been reclassified as Not Operable until integrity can be verified or restored. Plan Forward: 1. The well will be perforated after the rig leaves. Run 4-1/2" L-80 production tubing with 7"x4-1/2" packer, 4-1/2" SSSV, and 4-1/2"x1" GLMs. Secure well, RDMO. Contingency Scope If insufficient LOC is seen after logging in step #5 above, the well will be sidetracked to a horizontal target to the northeast (see attached directional). The original hole would be fully cased and cemented, but with 2 aluminum joints placed at the top of Zone 4 for a sidetrack kickoff to horizontal target. Drilling Hazards/Contingencies · Pore pressure may be as high as 9.2 ppg EMW in the Ugnu (-4545' TVDSS) due to water disposal. Will ensure appropriate mud weight for overbalance. · Gas cut mud has been observed at 7365' TVD SS (Miluveach) and will be controlled with appropriate mud weights. In addition, tight hole conditions have been encountered in the Kingak shales at -7500 TVDSS. Mud weights as high as 10.4 ppg and the addition of shales stabilizers may be required. · P Pad is not an H2S pad. The highest H2S level on the pad is from P-4 at 69 ppm in 12/95. · Losses have been encountered drilling the Sag River, Shublik and Sadlerochit formations on other P-Pad wells. Pump LCM as necessary to control losses. Disposal · Cuttings Handling: Cuttings should be hauled to the ball mill at CC-2A. · Fluid Handling: Haul all drilling and completion fluids and other Class II wastes to CC-2A for injection.
