Subject: Corrosion Inhibitor Treatments of GPMA PM -2
Dear Mr. Regg,
Enclosed please find multiple copies of a spreadsheet with a list of wells from GPMA
PM -2 that were treated with corrosion inhibitor in the surface casing by conductor
annulus. The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the
annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak
to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD
numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in
each conductor.
As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as
notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10 -404,
Report of Sundry Operations.
If you require any additional information, please contact me or my alternate, Gerald
Murphy, at 659 -5102.
Sincerely,
GJ

Subject: UNDER EVALUATI : P2-13 (PTD #1970600) for TxIA Comm
Hi all,
Well P2-13 (PTD #1970600) has been fo d to have TxIA communication. The well failed a TIFL on 07/22/08 in
preparation for upcoming work. The well has en reclassified as Under Evaluation and placed on a 28-day
clock. The wellhead pressures did not exceed SP and therefore the well does not need to be reported to the
AOGCC. Coil tubing and pumping operations are s duled to complete aclean-out and diesel/xylene wash.
Given this work may clear debris from the checks in the s lift valves, this work will be completed and a second
TIFL will be conducted before evaluating the well for a gas ' valve change out.
The plan forward for the well is as follows:
1. DHD: TIFL pre-diesel/xylene wash -FAILED
2. Coil Tubing: Clean out tubing & liner
3. Fullbore: Pump diesel/xylene treatment
4. DHD: Re-TIFL
Please call with any questions.

Subject: UNDER EVALUATION: P2-13 (PTD #1970600) for TxIA Comm -DAY 29
Jim and Tom,
Due to severe scale issues encountered after coil tubing performed a scale cleanout, sliekline has had problems
setting DGLVs. An MIT-IA was attempted last night, but failed. The cause is believed to be a poor set of the top
GLV and sliekline is currently re-running the valve. An MIT-IA will be reattempted and should it fail, the well will
be loaded with brine.
As of today, the well is on day 29 of the 28-day Under Evaluation clock. I will keep you abreast of events on the
well as they occur. We intend on completing the job in the safest and most time efficient manner possible.
Please call With any questions.
Thank you,
Andrea Hughes

PTD # 97-0060
Friday,April 11 , 1997: ! traveled this date to ARCO's Point Mclntyre pad 2 well 13
and witnessed the initial BOPE test.
As the AOGCC BOPE Test report shows there were no failure. The rig was clean
and all equipment seemed to be in good working order. The location was clean and
all extra equipment was stored properly.
Summary: I witnessed the initial BOPE test on Doyon rig 14 drilling Pt. Mclntyre 2-
13.

Dear Mr. Shultz:
Enclosed is the approved application for permit to drill the above referenced well.
The permit to drill does not exempt you from obtaining additional permits required by law from
other governmental agencies, and does not authorize conducting drilling operations until all other
required permitting determinations are made.
Blowout prevention equipment (BOPE) must be tested in accordance with 20 AAC 25.035.
Sufficient notice (,approximately 24 hours) of the BOPE test performed before drilling below the
surface casing shoe must be given so that a representative of the Commission may witness the
test. Notice may be given by contacting the Commission petroleum field inspector on the North
Slope pager at 659-3607.

Drilling Hazards/Contingencies
· The original reservoir pressure is 4350 psi at 8800' ss. The expected reservoir pressure is 4350 psi at
8800' ss. Abnorrrlally pressured formations are not expected in this well.
· Tight hole has been experienced in the lower Sagavan irktok, below the surface casing shoe which were
set into the SV4 sand. This has caused stuck pipe incidents and bit/BHA balling Gumbo problems.
· Coal stringer in the lower Ugnu have caused stuck pipe.
· No major instances of lost circulation problems have occured on Pt Mac 2 wells.
Disposal
· Cuttings Handling: Cuttings should be hauled to the ball mill at CC-2A.
· Fluid Handling: Haul all drilling and completion fluids and other Class II wastes to CC-2A for injection.
Haul all Class I wastes to Pad 3 for disposal. In addition, haul all cuttings from drilling operations to CC-
2A for disposal, except any metal cuttings which will be sent to the North Slope Borough.

1. ALL DEPTHS ARE MEASURED DEPTHS(MD), UNLESS OTHERWISE
NOTED.
2. WELL P2-13 IS REPRESENTED BY RUNS 1 THROUGH 5.
3. RUNS 1 AND 2, ARE DIRECTIONAL ONLY AND DATA IS NOT
PRESENTED.
4. RUNS 3, 4, AND 5, ARE DIRECTIONAL WITH GAMMA
