The well is being sidetracked to achieve lower GOR production. This sidetrack will be conducted in two phases. Phase 1: Cut Window: Planned for 7/21/97 - The existing Ivishak perforations will be cement squeezed. - A whipstock will be set on ELine at approximately 11,050' MD - Utilizing a conventional coil tubing unit, a window will be cut in the 7" liner and 10 ft of formation will be drilled. Phase 2: Drill Directional Hole: Planned for 7/31/97 - Directional drilling coil tubing equipment will be rigged up and utilized to drill the directional hole as per attached plan to planned TD of 12,370'MD (8857'TVD) Mud Program: - Phase 1: Seawater - Phase 2: FIo-Pro (8.8 - 8.9 ppg) Casing Program: - 2 7/8", 6.16#, L-80, ST-L liner will be run from TD to approx. 10,360' MD and cemented with approx. 100 cu. ff. cement. The well will then be perforated with coil tubing conveyed guns. Well Control: - BOP diagram is attached. - Pipe rams, blind rams and the CT pack off will be pressure tested to 400 psi and to 4000 psi. - The annular preventer will be tested to 400 psi and 2000 psi. Directional - See attachments. - Kick Off: 11,050' MD (8416' TVD) - TD: 12,367'MD (8857' TVD) - Magnetic and inclination surveys will be taken every 30 ft. No gyro will be run. Logging - A Gamma Ray log will be run over all of the open hole section. 1 3~4" or 2 3~8" CT Pack-Off Lubricator ~-~ I 5 1/8" 0,000 psi Annular 1/8" x 10,000 psi 1/8" x 10,000 psi] Blind/Shear 5 118" Pipe/Sli 10,000 psi CT COMPLETION BOP Perforating 1 3/4" or 2 3/8" 1 3/4" or 2 3/8" SWAB VALVE WING VALVE / FLOWLINE ssv MASTER VALVE 7/25/96 CT Drilling BOP Drilling & Liner Cementing I,LI 12" 3e- 22.5"l 2 3/8" CT ~ I 10,000 psiI Pack-OffI Lubricat°r ~[ I 7 1/16" Annular 7 1/16" 5000 ps Blind/Shear 7 1/16" Pipe/Slip 7 1/16" x 5,000 ps FLOW CROSS 7 1/16" x 5,000 ps Blind/Shear, 7 1/16" Pipe/Sli x 5,000 ps ~ <~ 2 3/8" ~ <~ 2 3/8" 2 7/8" ~! <~ 2 7/8" SWAB OR MASTER VALVE 8/12/96 TREE: CIW 6-318" WELLHEAD: GRAY ACTUATOR: OTIS E -14 A Proposed Completion KB. dLEV = 65.68 BF.
