The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. If you require any additional information, please contact me or my alternate, Torin Roschinger, at 659-5102. Sincerely, Anna Dube, P.E. Drilling Hazards/Contingencies · Gas cut mud has been observed at 6914' TVD SS (near Maluveach) and will be controlled with appropriate mud weights. In addition, tight hole conditions have been encountered in the Kingak shales at -7355 TVDSS. Mud weights as high as 11.0 ppg and the addition of shales stabilizers may be required. · R Pad is a H2S pad. The highest H2S level on R-19 was 344 ppm. Rig crews will be well notified and prepared for H2S. H2Sdrills will be conducted on a regular basis. · Losses have been encountered drilling the Sag River formations on other R-Pad wells. Pump LCM as necessary to control losses. Disposal · Cuttings Handling: Cuttings should be hauled to the ball mill at CC-2A. Fluid Handling: Haul all drilling and completion fluids and other Class 11 wastes to CC- 2A for injection. Haul all Class I wastes to Pad 3 for disposal. In addition, haul all cuttings from drilling operations to CC-2A for disposal, except any metal cuttings which will be sent to the North Slope Borough. ^lasl<a Oit & Cas Cons, SUMMARY REDRILL PROCEDURE: 1.
