The tubing /IA/OA pressures were equal to 2500/1640/1020 on 09/11/2011. A Packoff Test passed on the Inner Casing hanger on 09/12/2011 which confirmed integrity of the wellhead seals. An OA repressurization test was conducted from 09/12/11 - 09/14/11 and the OA build up rate was —10 psi /daytherefore this well is manageable by periodic bleeds. This well does not require further diagnostics of the sustained casing pressure on the OA and therefore is not being reclassified to Under Evaluation. This notification is being provided to meet the AOGCC requirement in CO 492 for notification of any well that exhibits sustained casing pressure on the OA above 1000 psi. The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor. I arrived to find the rig ready to test and we began immediately. The test went well with all equipment being tested properly and holding its pressure test. During the accumulator test I noticed that the air pumps failed to come on when the pressure dropped to 2375 psi. I suggested that the regulator be adjusted to 2500 psi and cut out at 2800 psi. We bled the system down to 0 psi and checked the precharge. Some of the bottles were below the 1000-psi recommended precharge and these were recharged. The Pit monitoring system has not been installed as of yet and I informed the Drilling foreman, Mark Johnson, that after this well it would be re~q,~red. The hydraulic choke had not yet been installed but the parts were on hand~wT:)uld be installed before the next well. The rig is adequate for summer operations except for the above problems. I am concerned about the lack of a PVT system during their open-hole work. It was explained to me that a pit watcher is present during this time, but I have observed pipe being run without one actively watching. There are not enough personnel on hand to cover this area constantly. A trip tank and Pit level gauge is needed and is required by APl RP-53. This rig is due for refit and winterization soon and should be watched carefully until it is in compliance.
