Submit a well schematic diagram with each 10-407 well completion report and 10-404 well sundry report when the downhole well design is changed. All laboratory analytical reports regarding samples or tests from a well must be submitted to the AOGCC, no matter when the analyses are conducted. Item 1a. Multiple completion is defined as a well producing from more than one pool with production from each pool completely segregated. Each segregated pool is a completion. Item 1b. Proposed plan for 15-36C: The sidetrack IS -36C will be the first drilled dedicated Sag rich gas well. It is being drilled in an area north of the mid -field graben where the condensate within the Sag constitutes a significant prize. The sidetrack will be drilled on or around May 1", 2019. During pre -rig work it is proposed to drift and set a 3-3/16" packer WS in the production liner. The rig will move in, test BOPE and kill the well. A 2.74" window + 10' of rathole will be milled.
