Install jeeps. Move modules from DS-06 to DS-11. Off DS-06 left on Spine past Central Checkpoint through Deadhorse past East checkpoint Right on East Dock Rd
left on DS-11 access road. Distance 8.5 miles. Continue moving modules on to DS 11 access road. Spot modules on location and remove jeeps. Spot main module
over well and set down. Spot pit module over well and set down. Accept rig @ 20:30. Move shop from DS-06 to DS-11. R/U cellar. R/U PUTZ. GCI on location for
comms. Open well and confirm 2200 psi on tubing(WHP). Leak tight test swab and master. Fail. Call grease crew and grease valves. Pass. N/U BOPE. N/U BOPE
complete. N/U MPD line. Continue with MIRU checklist. Spot return tank and R/U hardline. PT to 4000 psi. Pass. Re-dress BOPE per PTD and Hilcorp Drilling
Program.
6/22/2022 Remove 1502 iron from inside 2-3/8" reel. Cut off CT connector. Install grapple and pull test, good. Pull 2-3/8" CT back to shipping spool and secure it. Hold PJSM
to swap reels. Swap reels to 2" Coil picking up reel #39587 Prep for crane to swap goosenecks out for 2” gooseneck. Take 2-3/8" gooseneck off the rig, lift 2"
gooseneck on. Remove 2-3/8" gripper blocks install 2" gripper blocks. Install 2" stripper components. Install inner reel iron and secure with chains Swap ram
configuration. From top down install Blind / Shear, 2" Pipe / Slip, 2-3/8" Pipe / slip, 2" Pipe / Slip.
6/23/2022 Continue swap over to 2". Installing Reel Iron and Pressure Bulkhead while greasing stack and choke valves. Inner reel iron and Bulkhead installed. Hold a PJSM to
stab coil in the injector. Stab coil. Coil stabbed, cut off Grapple and dress coil for CTC. Install CT connector, pull test to 50k good Install UQC, electric test is good.
Fill stack with fresh water and checck for leaks. Lower 2" Pipe /Slip ram doors and adaptor flange leaking. Vac out stack, replace door seals and tighten flange. Shell
test is good. Install nozzle, M/U injector to well. Line up valves to fill reel forward. Pump 5 bbls MeOH followed by fresh water to fill the reel. Remove UQC and boot e-
line. PT inner reel iron off the well to 6500 psi, leak on bulkhead. Tighten up bulkhead and PT to 6500 psi, good. Install nozzle, get on well change packoffs. Pump
slack forward. Install UQC, and test, good. Fluid pack lines for BOP test. Get good shell test. Test BOPs. All tests to 250 / 3500 psi.
6/24/2022 Continue testing BOPE (04:30 start). Test #1 showed a slow bleed off and can't see any visual leaks. Move to test #2 with same results. Remove the injector/reel
circuit from the loop and try test #3. Annular Fail/Fail and will have to be replaced. Open Annular and close the Whitey Valve on the test cap Still showing the same
slow bleed off with no visible leaks. Pressure up the MPD Line to 600psi, bring test #3 to high pressure. Still showing the same slow bleed off with no increasing
pressure on the MPD Line so the swab is holding Rig Manager would like to replace the annular element, re-grease all the stack and choke valves, fluid pack and
re-start the test. Drain the stack, ND return line from the top of the annular, remove the top of the annular and change out the element. Continue swapping out
annular element. Fluid pack surface lines for shell test. Shell test - good low PT, High PT - IRV has a drip coming from the valve body, bleed off and grease, still
leaking, swap out IRV Restart Testing BOPE 250psi Low, 3500psi High. Test #1 - IRV, Stripper, C7, C9, C10, C11 - Pass. Test #2 Blind/Shears, R2, BL2, C15 -
Pass. Remove injector and install the 2" Test Joint. Test #3 Annular, TIW #1, B1, B4 - F/P on B1. Test #4 Upper 2" P/S Rams, TIW2, B2, B3 - Pass. Test #5 Lower
2" P/S Rams, C5, C6, C8, TV2 - Pass. Test #6 Choke A, Choke C - Pass. Test #7 C1, C4, TV1 - Pass Autolock on Lower 2" P/S rams not disengaging.
Troubleshoot, get mechanic out. Swap out bonnet on Lower P/S ram cavity. Function rams, working now. Shell test BOPs. Test Lower 2" P/S rams - Pass. Test #8 2-
3/8" P/S, C2, C3.
