The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. ITem 1a: Classification of Service Wells: Gas Injection, Water Injection, Water-Alternating-Gas Injection, Salt Water Disposal, Water Supply for Injection, Observation, or Other. Multiple completion is defined as a well producing from more than one pool with production from each pool completely segregated. Each segregated pool is a completion. ITeM 4b: TPI (Top of Producing Interval). Irenn 8: The Kelly Bushing elevation in feet above mean low low water. Use same as reference for depth measurements given in other spaces on this form and in any attachments. ITeM 13: The API number reported to AOGCC must be 14 digits (ex: 50-029-20123-00-00). ITeM 20: True vertical thickness. ITenn 22: Attached supplemental records for this well should show the details of any multiple stage cementing and the location of the cementing tool. (Tenn 23: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval (multiple completion), so state in item 1, and in item 23 show the producing intervals for only the interval reported in item 26. (Submit a separate. form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the data pertinent to such interval). The Kuparuk C sands are expected to be pressured @ 8.5 ppg EMW. The Kuparuk B sands are expected to be pressured @ 9.7 ppg EMW. II. Hydrates and Shallow gas A. Gas Hydrates are present at S-pad and have been encountered in wells S-113, S-114, S-106 and S- 102 throughout the SV5, SV4 and SV3. Setting casing below the SV3 should keep hydrate exposure from extending past the surface hole. Occasionally hydrates are encountered below the SV1. Recommended practices and precautions for drilling hydrates should be followed in the surface hole. III. SURFACE BROACHING A. Surface water broaching on offset wells occurred while drilling S-401 & S-122. Water was seen in the OA/cellars of S-216, S-117, and S-120. Top jobs were completed in offsets which had sloughed cement. Incase of surface broaching, a contingent string of 13-3/8" casing set at 500' may be utilized. IV. Lost Circulation/Breathing A. Low risk of lost circulation. The most severe case of losses occurred on S-106 where there were no returns during a surface cement job. Consult the LCM decision tree if losses are incurred. B. Keep ECD's <12 ppg EMW to prevent breathing on this well. V. Kick Tolerance/Integrity Testing A. The 10-3/4" casing will be cemented to surface. B. The 7" casing will be cemented with 15.8 Ib/gal tail and 11.5 Ib/gal lead cement to 4710' MD. / a. The Kick Tolerance for the surface casing is 50.6 bbls with 9.9 ppg mud, 11.6 ppg LOT, and a 9.7 ppg pore pressure. VI. Stuck Pipe A. Stuck pipe has been a problem on two wells on this pad. On S-216 the 9-5/8" surface casing became stuck due to hole geometry. On S-102 stuck drill pipe occurred in the Schrader Bluff Sands, the BHA was not recovered. B. Gravel beds below the Permafrost will tend to slough in when aerated (hydrate cut) mud is being circulated out. Ensure adequate mud viscosity is maintained to avoid stuck pipe situations. C. Tight hole, hole packing-off, and lost returns have been encountered in previous wells on this pad. Pipe sticking tendency is possible if the HRZ shale gives problems. Back reaming at connections and good hole cleaning practices will contribute to favorable hole conditions VII. Hydrogen Sulfide S Pad is not designated as an HZS site, however Standard Operating Procedures for HZS precautions should be followed at all times. Recent HZS data from the pad is as follows: Adjacent producers at Surface: S-116 20 ppm S-44 20 ppm Adjacent producers at TD: S-105 20 ppm % S-103 20 ppm VIII.Faults A. There are no faults expected to be crossed by S-124. There is a low risk of lost circulation from potential sub-seismic faults.
