The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. POP off well and cap tree to resolve bonnet leak on "closed" hydraulic side of pipe rams. Fixed leaking 3" bull plug that was threaded into the chemical injection ring flange on the front of the flow cross. Swap out choke skid due to faulty block valves. Again, the entire perforated interval is not listed. The new perfs are listed, but the existing perfs from 9800 —10270 and 10330 —11239 are not listed. I wondered if the old perfs might have been isolated with a BP, but it was removed during the workover at the beginning of May 2006. It would appear that a new 404 is needed. This is their second well on the same pad and the rig looked to be clean and well stocked with tools from rigs that have recently been stacked out. While inspecting the rig and stack i found a~loc, k 90_ on the kill line upstream of the manuals installed backwards. I showed it to the driller and he is to change it.
