The permit is for a new wellbore segment of existing well E-11B, Permit No. 206-143, API No. 50-029-20475-02. Production will continue to be reported as a function of the original API number stated above. In the application for E-11 BL 1 you identify a contingency that must be addressed in advance. If lost circulation or unstable hole is encountered, it may be necessary to partially cement the liner of E-11 BL 1. Should this happen, cementing the upper portion of the liner will abandon the existing perforations in the main E-11 B wellbore. Abandoning these perforations v~~ill result in several changes: the planned E-11 BL 1 multilateral will instead become a redrill named E-11 C, and the spoke wellbore governed by this permit, E-11BL1-Ol, will instead become a multilateral wellbore named E-11CL1. To ensure clear record keeping and statistical reporting, new permits to drill and new API numbers will be required for E-11 C and E-11 CL 1, and the permits to drill for E-11 BL 1 and E-11 BL 1-O 1 will be cancelled. This permit to drill does not exempt you from obtaining additional permits or an approval required by law from other governmental agencies and does not autnorize conducLing driiiing operations untii aii atner requireci permits anci approvals have been issued. In addition, the Commission reserves the right to withdraw the permit in the event it was erroneously issued. Operations must be conducted in accordance with AS 31.05 and Title 20, Chapter 25 of the Alaska Administrative Code unless the Commission / . ~ PBU E-11BL1-O1 Permit No. 207-062 specifically authorizes a variance. Failure to comply with an applicable provision of AS 31.05, Title 20, Chapter 25 of the Alaska Administrative Code, or a Commission order, or the terms and conditions of this permit may result in the revocation or suspension of the permit. When providing notice for a representative of the Commission to witness any required test, contact the Commission's petroleum field inspector at (907) 659-3607 (pager). (5) Baker Hughes INTEQ utilized CoilTrak downhole tools and the Advantage surface system to log this well.. (6) Tools ran in the string included Casing Collar Locator, an Electrical Disconnect and Circulating Sub, a Drilling Performance Sub (Inner and Outer pownhole Pressure, Vibration and Downhole Weight on Bit), a Directional and Gamma Sub, and a Hydraulic Orienting Sub with a Near Bit Inclination Sensor and Ultra Slim Resistivity Sub. (7) Data presented here is final and has been depth adjusted to PDCL (Primary Depth Control Log) from well E-11BL1 dated 05 Jul 2007. All data above the Kick Off Point (KOP) 11685 feet MD was depth matched to the PDCL carrying the final shift from KOP to TD. (8) Tied to PBU E-11B at 11101.36 feet MD (8964.73 ft. TVDSS) (9) The sidetrack E-11BL1 was drilled from PBU E-11B through a milled window in 4 1/2 inch liner. Top of window 11112 ft.MD (8974 ft.TVDS5) Bottom of window 11119 ft.MD (8981 ft.TVDSS) (10) E-11BL1-O1 was sidetracked off of E-11BL1 at 11685 feet MD (8994 feet TVDSS).
