A TIFL initially failed on build-up rate on 11/27/05. The gas lift line was then blinded and a subsequent TIFL passed on 12/03/05 with 20 psi build-up over 2 days and no fluid level movement. The well is reclassified as a Normal well. Please remove all waivered well signs and the laminated copy of the waiver from the wellhouse. X-Pad SaturdaY, December 9, 2000: I traveled to BPX's X Pad in the Prudhoe Bay Field to Witness Safety Valve System tests. Merv Liddelow, BPX representative in charge of the testing, performed the tests in a safe and proficient manner. Of the 26 wells tested, 3 fai!ures were witnessed. Well X-14A's SSV failed to close and well X-19B's pilot was frozen and the SSV failed to close. Mr. Liddelow indicated to me on 12/10/00 that these items have been corrected and successfully re-tested. The AOGCC test reports are attached for reference. I conducted 26 well hOuse inspections concurrent with the SVS tests. A slight crude oil leak was noted on a wellhead flange of well X-19B. Mr. Liddelow indicated he would have this item addressed. No other exceptions were noted. SUMMARY: ! WitneSsed SVS tests and conducted well house inspections on BPX'S X Pad. 26 wells, 53 components tested, 3 failures. 26 well houses inspected. The sidetrack, X-21a, will target bypassed "attic oil" reserves in upper Zone 4B. This sidetrack will be conducted in two phases. Phase 1: Set Whipstock: Planned for Nov. 8, 1999. · ^ Tubing Integrity Test will be performed. · The whipstock drift and Kinley caliper will be run. · ^ mechanical whipstock will be set on e-line at approx. 9000' MD. Phase 2: Cement perfs, mill window and drill sidetrack: Planned for Nov. 11, 1999. Directional drilling coiled tubing equipment will be rigged up and utilized to cement perforations, mill the window, and drill the sidetrack to a planned TD of 11,027' MD (8,748' TVDss). Mud Program: · Phase 2: Seawater and FIo-Pro (8.6 - 8.7 ppg) Disposal: ~ - No annular injection on this well. - All drilling and completion fluids and all other Class II wastes will go to Grind & Inject. - All Class I wastes will go to Pad 3 for disposal. Casing Program: - 2 7/8", 6.16#, L-80, ST-L liner will be run from TD to approx. 8,740' MD and cemented with approx. 25 bbls. cement to bring cement 200 ft above the window. The well will then be perforated with coiled tubing conveyed guns. Well Control: - BOP diagram is attached. , - Pipe rams, blind rams and the CT pack off will be pressure tested to 400 psi and to 4000 psi. - The annular preventer will be tested to 400 psi and 2000 psi.
