The pressure on the inner annulus was confirmed to be 2280 psi. As the well is unavailable to be brought online due to SIMOPs and common line work, the well has been reclassified as Not Operable until integrity can be verified or restored. Plan Forward: 1. The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space and causing extemal corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10 -404, Report of Sundry Operations. Testing went very well. No failures were witnessed. We had more than adequate manpower to test this Pad in a timely manner. Flow 2 Supervisor Roy Wells checked in w/the Pad Operators & Leads on DS-16 that were performing tests to make sure operations were being performed in a safe & efficient manner. Preventive maintenance had been performed on SVS for this Pad two weeks before State testing! was conducted. SUMMARY.: I witnessed SVS tests on BP's PBU DS-16. 20 wells, 40 comp, pnents tested.
