The wells current perforations have been isolated by a CIBP, set at 9988ft on 11/19/2016 and tested with a passing combination mechanical integrity test(CMIT)on 11/20/2016. Please see the attached wellbore schematic and the well service report for the CIBP CMIT testing. Recently as of today, the well is being perforated in the Sag River. The wells current type, is a natural flow well(capable of unassisted flow)and also has tubing by inner annulus communication. As such, I need your approval from the AOGCC prior to putting the well Under Evaluation and allowing the well to be monitored while being flowed. Subject: Corrosion Inhibitor Treatments of GPB DS -02 ab s _ Ti Dear Mr. Maunder, Enclosed please find multiple copies of a spreadsheet with a list of wells from GPB DS- 02 that were treated with corrosion inhibitor in the surface casing by conductor annulus. The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10 -404, Report of Sundry Operations. If you require any additional information, please contact me or my alternate, Gerald Murphy, at 659 -5102. Sincerely, Mehreen Vazir BPXA, Well Integrity Coordinator S 0 BP Exploration (Alaska) Inc. ITEM 1a: Classification of Service Wells: Gas Injection, Water Injection, Water-Alternating-Gas Injection, Salt Water Disposal, Water Supply for Injection, Observation, or Other. Multiple completion is defined as a well producing from more than one pool with production from each pool completely segregated. Each segregated pool is a completion. ITEM 4b: TPI (Top of Producing Interval). ITEM 8: The Kelly Bushing and Ground Level elevation in feet above mean sea level. Use same as reference for depth measurements given in other spaces on this form and in any attachments. ITEM 13: The API number reported to AOGCC must be 14 digits (ex: 50-029-20123-00-00). ITEM 20: Report true vertical thickness of permafrost in Box 20. Provide MD and TVD for the top and base of permafrost in Box 28. ITEM 22: Attached supplemental records for this well should show the details of any multiple stage cementing and the location of the cementing tool. ITEM 23: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval (multiple completion), so state in item 1, and in item 23 show the producing intervals for only the interval reported in item 26. (Submit a separate form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the data pertinent to such interval). (3) All True Vertical Depths (TVDSS) are Subsea corrected. (4) All Formation Evaluation data is realtime data. (5) Baker Hughes INTEQ utilized CoilTrak downhole tools and the Advantage surface system to log this well.. (6) Tool s ran in the string included Casing Collar Locator, an Electrical Disconnect and Circulating Sub, a Drilling Performance Sub (Inner and Outer Downhole Pressure, Vibration and Downhole Weight on Bit), a Directional and Gamma Sub, and a Hydraulic Orienting Sub with a Near Bit Inclination Sensor. (7) Data presented here is final and has been depth adjusted to a PDC (Pri mary Depth Control) log provided by Schlumberger GR CNL dated 23 Aug 2008 per Priya Maraj with BP Exploration (Alaska), Inc. (8) The sidetrack was drilled from 02-25 through a milled window in a 7 inch liner. Top of window 9196 ft.MD (8526.6 ft.TVDSS) Bottom of window 9200 ft.MD (8530.4 ft.TVDSS) (9) Tied to 02-25 at 9100 feet MD (8435.7 feet TVDSS). (10) The interval from 11688 feet to 11728 feet MD (8979.0 feet to 8977.2 feet TVDSS) was not logged due to sensor to bit offset at well TD. (11) The resistivity from 9192 feet to 10202 feet MD (8522.8 feet to 8988.9 feet TVDSS) was re-logged on run 6 70.9 hours after being drilled.
