Subject: Corrosion Inhibitor Treatments of GPB Z-Pad ~ ~ `1~~
Dear Mr. Maunder,
Enclosed please find multiple copies of a spreadsheet with a list of wells from GPB Z-
Pad that were treated with corrosion inhibitor in the surface casing by conductor
annulus. The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the
annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak
to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD
numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in
each conductor.
As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as
notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10-404,
Report of Sundry Operations.

too low. Circ out gas, spot 15 bbls 12% HCL across preforations from 10740'-
€10637' and let soak. Established injectivity rates of 0.7 bpm @ 882 psi BHP =
4923 psi , 1 bpm @ 1132 psi BHP = 5083 psi and 1.3 bpm @ 1783 psi BHP =
5251 psi Pumped 15 bbls 12% HCL washing across perfs with a 200 psi drop in
WHP/BHP over flushed w. 40 bbls of 2% KCL w. F103 surfactant while continuing
to wash across perfs. Parked coil above perforations and pumped 8 bbls of 30 ppt
HEC w. 300# of wax beads down CT After 1.4 bbls wax out nozzle WHP
climbed from 1568 psi to 2788 psi, good indication of diversion. Had to reduced
pump rate after wax beads out nozzle to .4 bpm and continued to bullhead 12%
HCL into perforations. Watched WHP slowly fall from 2788 psi to 983 psi at a
pump rate of .4 bpm after 20 bbls into formation increased pump rate to 1 bpm and
continued displacing remaining 10 bbls and overflushing stage. Conducted post
acid injectivity test. 0.7 bpm @ 1388 psi, BHP = 4702 psi, 1 bpm @ 1525 psi,
BHP = 4824 psi, 1.3 bpm @ 1893 psi, BHP = 5213 psi BHT @ 163 deg. F during
Ipost injectivity testing. POOH freeze protecting coiled tubing string. RD CTU and
hand well over to ASRC for acid flow back "'""Job Complete***

IreM 1a: Classification of Service Wells: Gas Injection, Water Injection, Water-Alternating-Gas Injection, Salt Water Disposal, Water Supply for Injection,
Observation, or Other. Multiple completion is defined as a well producing from more than one pool with production from each pool completely
segregated. Each segregated pool is a completion.
IreM 4b: TPI (Top of Producing Interval).
IreM 8: The Kelly Bushing and Ground Level elevation in feet above mean sea level. Use same as reference for depth measurements given in other
spaces on this form and in any attachments.

Press test inner reel valve, chart test at 250/3500 psi.

Did not hear E-Line movement.
SAFETY MEETING. Review procedure, hazards and

This permit to drill does not exempt you from obtaining additional permits or
an approval required by law from other governmental agencies and does not
authorize conducting drilling operations until all other required permits and
approvals have been issued. In addition, the Commission reserves the right to
withdraw the permit in the event it was erroneously issued.
Operations must be conducted in accordance with AS 31.05 and Title 20,
Chapter 25 of the Alaska Administrative Code unless the Commission
specifically authorizes a variance. Failure to comply with an applicable
provision of AS 31.05, Title 20, Chapter 25 of the Alaska Administrative Code,
or a Commission order, or the terms and conditions of this permit may result

• All Class I wastes will go to Pad 3 for disposal.
Hole size: 3.75" x 4.125" (bi-center bits used)
Casing Program: fully cemented liner
• 3-1/2", L-80 9.3# STL Chrome 9950' and - 10,320' and
• 2-7/8", L-80 6.5# STL Chrome 10,320' and - 10,863 and
• A minimum of 14 bbls 15.8 ppg cement will be used for liner cementing. (Assuming TD @ 10,863' and
planning on 40% excess in the open hole interval)
• TOC planned at the top of liner 9950'.
Well Control:
• BOP diagram is attached.
• Pipe rams, blind rams and the CT pack off will be pressure tested to 250 psi and to 3500 psi.
• The annular preventer will be tested to 250 psi and 3500 psi.
Directional
• See attached directional plan. Maximum planned hole angle is 59 deg.
• Magnetic and inclination surreys will be taken every 30 ft. No gyro will be run.
• Distance to nearest property - 5,103' ft PBU boundary to south of TD
• Distance to nearest well within pool -1,214 ft. (Z-12i)
Logging
• MW D directional, Gamma Ray, and Resistivity will be run over all of the open hole section.
• Cased hole MCNUGR/CCL logs will be run.

(Primary Depth Control) log from MWD z-OlAP63 above the KoP of 10373 ft
MD
dated 03 Nov 2006 per Kurt Cooney with BP Exploration (Alaska), Inc.
(8) The sidetrack was drilled from z-O1B through a milled window in a
7 inch liner.
