Set 4-1/2" x 7" thru tubing whipstock @ 9400'. 4. Mill XN at 8595' to 3.80" with left handed motor, mill. 5. Squeeze 22 bbls of 15.8ppg cement past 4-1/2"x7" through tubing whipstock, to shut off perfs. (10 bbls into perfs, 6.66 bbls between bottom perf and WS and 5 bbls excess) 6. AC-LDS; AC-PPPOT- T. 7. Test MV, SV, WV. 8. Bleed gas lift and production flowlines down to zero and blind flange. 9. Remove wellhouse, level pad. The pre CTD work is slated to begin on November 19, 2008. Rig Work: 1.
