This gravity drainage lateral had a plug mill in 2022 to attain flush production from toe perfs but then was secured with a plug after TxIA communication developed in 2023. An LDL found a hole in the tubing and a caliper showed it to be in poor condition over a large interval. New economics include Z4B rich gas, which justifies the cost of a tubing swap. Notes Regarding Wellbore Condition: x CMIT-TxIA passed to 2850 psi on 2/10/23. We plan to retest prior to RWO. x MIT-T failed on 2/11/23. LLR is ~0.52 BPM at 1000 psi. TBG hole at 6074’ MD x Well secured with EVO-Trieve Plug at 10041’ MD x No SSSV, does have control and balance lines. Objective: Pull existing 4-1/2” L80 tubing out of the well and replace with stacker packer 4-1/2” 13Cr gas lifted completion. Pre RWO: DHD 1. Cycle LDS 2. PPPOT-T to 5000 psi 3. PPPOT-IC to 3500 psi 4. CMIT-TxIA to 3000 psi. May be done with DHD or fullbore pump. Slickline 1. Set Junk Basket on top of EVO. 2. Drift for E-line mech cutter. Test BOPE to 250psi Low/3,000psi High, annular to 250psi Low/2,500psi High (hold each ram/valve and test for 5-min). Record accumulator pre-charge pressures and chart tests. A. Notify AOGCC 24 hrs in advance of BOP test. B. Confirm test pressures per the Sundry Conditions of approval. C. Test the 2-7/8” x 5” VBR’s with 4-1/2” test joint. Test the Annular preventer with 4-1/2” test joint. We will not proactively test with a workstring test joint. If needed, we will test accordingly. D. Submit to AOGCC completed 10-424 form within 5 days of BOPE test. 5. Pull TWC. 6. RU Control line spooler. There are dual control lines to the safety valve landing nipple. It was reported to have 59 stainless steel bands. 7. MU landing joint or spear, BOLDS and pull hanger to the floor. PU weights are expected to be ~125K. Circulate bottoms up. 8. Pull 4-1/2” tubing. The tubing will not be salvaged. While rigging down control line spooler circulate at max rate. Note if any bands or line are missing. a. Pull tubing until minimum storm packer hanging weight remains b. Set storm packer and test to 3500 psi c. ND BOP stack d. Add TC Adapter to TBG Spool e. NU BOP stack, test breaks to 3500 psi f. Pull storm packer g. Continue pulling and laying down tubing 9. Drift the production overshot with the cut joint. 10. Run 4 ½” 13Cr tubing completion as detailed on the proposed schematic. 11. Land tubing hanger and reverse in corrosion inhibited 1% KCl (or seawater) into the IA. 12. Drop ball and rod and set packer with 3,500-psi pump pressure. 13. Perform MIT-T to 3,000 psi and MIT-IA to 3,000 psi for 30 charted minutes. 14. Shear valve in upper GLM. 15. FP with DSL in TBG and IA down to shear valve 16. Set TWC 17. ND BOPE 18. The TIFL failed which confirms failure of one or more well barriers. At this time, the well is classified as UNDER EVALUATION and is on a 28 day clock to be resolved. Plan Forward: 1.
