The following is an outline of the proposed Pre-Rig work needed to be done prior to Doyon 9 moving over the well. Also, included is an outline of the proposed rig operations for L2-18A. Pre-Rig Operations: The objective of the pre-rig work is to ascertain the condition of the 9 5/8" casing presently in the hole; Pump cement to P&A the existing completion and perforations; Chemical cut existing tubing in the first full joint above production packer; and test the 9 5/8" pack offs. 1. Notify AOGCC of initiation prior to commencing any P&A operations. 2. NUonWell. 3. Perform CMIT on 9 5/8" casing and 2 7/8" tbg to 3000 psi. IA/OA. 4. Bullhead Seawater down tubing to kill well and establish injectivity. Note: If the tubing fails pressure test or there is Iow injectivity, the well will have to be P&A'd with Coiled Tubing. , , , 8, 9. 10. Pump 142sks. (24 bbls. Plus 5 bbls for down squeeze into perf's) of class G, 15.8 ppg cement to place TOC @ 12,465' MD. (100' MD above top perforation.) RIH with chemical cutter and chemically cut tubing @ ~11,427'MD (First full joint above 9 5/8" Packer.) Notify Ops. Drilling Eng. If unable to cut tubing @ desired depth. Freeze protect tubing. Test packoffs on tubing and 9 5/8" annulus, and carefully cycle Iockdown screws. Set BPV. Clear location, dig out cellar, remove electrical lines, flow lines, and remove well house. Pull the tubing to the chemical cut above the production packer. Change packoff if failed in Pre-rig. RIH and set 9 5/8" EZSV ~ 10,020'MD on wireline as per CCL. Pressure test casing to 3000 psi for 30 mins. RIH and set 9 5/8" whipstock/milling assembly and set 25° right of highside. Displace to 4% KCI Quikdriln mud. Mill window to place KOP @ 10,000' MD. POOH and PU 8 W' kick off assembly with w/MWD/GR drill drop & turn to 7" casing pint @ ~11,422. Run 7" L-80 liner and set 9 5/8" x 7" hanger/packer TOL @ 9,850'MD. PU BHA w/MWD/GR for 6" hole and build to horizontal @ ~12,477' MD. PU BHA for horizontal section w/ MWD/GR/RES and drill to TD ~14,053'MD. Run 4 ½" L-80 liner and set 7" x 4 Y2" hanger/packer TOL @ ~11,380' MD with 2 X nipples. Cement via inner string. Perf as per asset direction.
