Potential Surface Pressure: 2339 psi Using 0.1 psi/ft Brief Well Summary Granite Pt St 18742 15 (Anna-15) is an active dual string jet pump producer. Communication across the wellhead has developed and gotten worse over the past several years. The well is requiring 3-4 times the baseline power oil to achieve the same drawdown vs. design. Not only does this make optimization / offtake challenging, but more importantly a dedicated power oil pump is running just to feed this well. By reducing the power oil requirement back to design levels, we will be able to shutoff one power oil pump, and save the associated fuel gas. This HWO aims to pull the completion, repair the wellhead, and install a new 2-7/8” x 2-7/8” dual JP completion. Given the sensitivity of the formations, diesel will be used as the KWF for this HWO. The last known casing test was upon original D&C in 1968. A new one will be obtained as part of this HWO. A separate sundry (#324-576) is currently open to reperforate the existing sands. Before the rig shows up, we will have shot and produced the well. We will also conduct a new no flow test. The procedure below assumes the NFT passes. If for some reason a passing NFT is not obtained, a new completion design will be submitted to the AOGCC to include a shallow packer with vent valve, and dual SSSV’s. No cleanout nor perfs are planned as part of this HWO The goal of this project is to repair the wellhead communication and reduce the power oil requirement Dual Jet Pump HWO Well: Anna-15 Pertinent wellbore information: - No flow well: Open IA, no packer, nor SSSV’s - Pressure o Memory gauge data acquired 3/24/24 – 4/3/24 at 9132’ MD (8919’ TVD) Recorded a max SI BHP of 1015psi (2.2ppg) after 3 days SI Min FBHP recorded at 110psi o Max offset pressure extrapolated to 6.6ppg - Integrity highlights o PPPOT-T fails. Utilize 13-3/8” test spool / test plug between wellhead and BOPE to test all components possible while isolated from tubing spool/hanger leak b. Rolling Test a. Need to station hands in cellar going over all connections on the BOPs looking for the slightest leak. Also need a man looking down the hole to confirm that the BOPs are not leaking. b. Test the remaining BOPE components while continuing to pump, (Continue to monitor the surface equipment for leaks to ensure that the fluid is going down-hole and not leaking anywhere at surface.) c. Hold a constant pressure on the equipment and monitor the fluid/pump rate into the well. Record the pumping rate and pressure. (250psi low / 2500psi High) d. Once the targeted BOPE components have been tested with this rolling procedure, test any remaining components of the BOPE system following the normal test procedure (floor valves, gas detection, etc.…) c. Pull test joint and test sub d. Verify well is still dead with 0psi on tubings and inner annulus e. Continue per sundry. f. Any BOPE components that could only be tested initially via the rolling test should be retested following the normal test procedure as soon as practical during operations. Box 244027 Anchorage, AK 99524-4027 RE: No-Flow Verification Granite Pt State 18742 Anna-15 PTD 1670820 Dear Mr. Marlowe: On December 4, 2024, an Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) Petroleum Inspector witnessed a no-flow test of Granite Pt State 18742 Well 15 located on the Anna Platform in Cook Inlet. The AOGCC Inspector confirmed that the proper test equipment was rigged up prior to the test as outlined in AOGCC Industry Guidance Bulletin 21-001. The test procedure employed was a 1 hour shut in period to monitor pressure build up followed by a short flow period through the test equipment to an open top tank – repeated two additional times. There was no oil observed during the no-flow test. Each flow period demonstrated gas rates measured at the surface initiallyexceeding the allowed 900 scf per hour limit, then declining below that limit within 5 minutes. Granite Pt State 18742 Well 15 may be produced without a subsurface safety valve as confirmed by the AOGCC Inspector at the conclusion the test. A fail-safe automatic surface safety valve system capable of preventing uncontrolled flow must be maintained in proper working condition in this well as required in 20 AAC 25.265. The subsurface safety valve must be returned to service if Granite Pt State 18742 Well 15 demonstrates an ability to flow unassisted to surface. Any cleanout, perforating or other stimulation work in this well will necessitate a subsequent no-flow test. Please retain a copy of this letter on the Anna Platform. Sincerely, James B. No cleanout nor perfs are planned as part of this HWO The goal of this project is to repair the wellhead communication and reduce the power oil requirement Dual Jet Pump HWO Well: Anna-15 Pertinent wellbore information: - No flow well: Open IA, no packer, nor SSSV’s - Pressure o Memory gauge data acquired 3/24/24 – 4/3/24 at 9132’ MD (8919’ TVD) ƒRecorded a max SI BHP of 1015psi (2.2ppg) after 3 days SI ƒMin FBHP recorded at 110psi o Max offset pressure extrapolated to 6.6ppg - Integrity highlights o PPPOT-T fails. Box 244027 Anchorage, AK 99524-4027 RE: No -Flow Verification Granite Point State 18742 Well #15 PTD 1670820 Dear Mr. Golis: 333 West Seventh Avenue Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3572 Main: 907,279.1433 Fax: 907.276.7542 November 5, 2014 SCMNOVO 6 2014 On July 27, 2014 an Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) Petroleum Inspector witnessed a no -flow test of Granite Point State 18742 Well #15 located on the Anna Platform in Cook Inlet. The well is operated by Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (Hilcorp). A subsurface safety valve is not required to be installed in this well based on the no -flow test result. A fail- safe automatic surface safety valve system capable of preventing uncontrolled flow must be maintained in proper working condition in this well as required in 20 AAC 25.265. The AOGCC Inspector confirmed that the proper test equipment — as outlined in AOGCC Industry Guidance Bulletin 10-004 — was rigged up to Granite Point State 18742 Well 415. The well was monitored for four hours with 2 shut-in periods each followed by a flow period. A flow rate that was unmeasurable with the test equipment was observed at the conclusion of the final flow period, qualifying the well for a no -flow determination. The subsurface safety valve must be returned to service if Granite Point State 18742 Well 415 demonstrates an ability to flow unassisted to surface. Any cleanout, perforating or other stimulation work in this well will necessitate a subsequent no flow test. Please retain a copy of this letter on the Anna Platform. Sincerely, James B. Regg77 Petroleum Inspection Supervisor cc: P. Brooks AOGCC Inspectors MEMORANDUM IASJk TO: Jim Regg P. I. Supervisor FROM: Lou Grimaldi Petroleum Inspector SCANNED Nov 2 0 2014 State of Alaska Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission DATE: July 30, 2014 SUBJECT: No Flow Verification Hilcorp, Anna Platform G ra n ite Pt State 18742 # 15 PTD 1670820 - Granite Point Field Sunday, July 27, 2014: 1 witnessed the No -Flow test on Hilcorp's Anna Platform, well# 15 in the Granite Point Field. Jaimie Katzenburger, lead production operator, performed the test today for my witness. The pressure was read on an Erdco Armor -Flo resistance style gas flow meter, range of 150 scf/hr to 1500 scf/hr, and with a recently calibrated 30 psi, 5" test gage w/0.2 psi increments. When I arrived, Anna #15 was observed with 0.1 psi on the tubing/annulus and was flowing gas at a rate of less than 150 standard cubic feet per hour into a barrel. The annulus was open to the tubing. I observed the well for approximately four hours during two shut-in periods each followed by a flow period during which I observed less buildup and lower flow rates until at the end of the last flow period there was less gas rate than the measurement accuracy of the flow meter being used. I supplemented the pressure readings by submerging the bleed hose in a five gallon bucket filled with water and measuring where the hydrostatic pressure would stop the gas bleeding. This confirmed the less than 0.1 psi readings I observed on the test gage. The following table contains the steps, pressures and flow rates observed: GPF Anna platform Well Flowin throu Flowin throu Flowingthrough Operation #15 No Flow Test7711 h Flow Meter. h Flow Meter.
