Tubing pressure of 640 psi bled down to production at 2400 hrs. Bled down tubing pressure. Using 64-PCF FIW bull headed 316 bbls down tubing into "B" zone perforations S/I tubing 650 psi, pressure indicates communication between strings, pumped 26 bbls down 13-3/8" casing, tubing pressure equalized with casing pressure, oil/gas on annulus, set up and wait to ship well fluids to TBPF, circulate. Pumped FIW down tubing taking returns to production (760 bbls), well stable, installed BPV's. ND tree and NU BOPE's. Finished NU BOPE and test, pulled dummy short string, one joint of tubing below hanger, pumped and worked 2-7/8" long string loose from 13-3/8" Baker "KB" packer at 2900', CBU, POOH lay down production string, recovered all tubing, found 3/8" hole in tubing at 2701' and GLM at 2822' were points of circulation. Installed 5" rams in BOPE, complete BOPE test, make up Baker 4.75" x 3" seal assembly. Picked up 5" DP with seal assembly and RIH. Pressure back side to 550 psi for 10 minutes. Unstab from packer pull up installed inside BOP valve in drill string, stabbed into packer with BOP valve at 55' and loose break 26' below RKB, tested seal assembly and inside BOP valve to 550 psi, backed off loose joint at 26', ND BOPE's. Finished ND BOPE's. Removed 12" 3M x 10" 3M DCB spool, installed 12" 3M x 12" 5M DSA and BOPE. Kill the well with 64 pcf spud mud. Establish a breakdown rate and pressure into the "B" zone perforations. Set BPV's, nipple down the tree and install BOPE per attached schematic. 2) Pull the existing 2-7/8" single completion tubing from the permanent packer located at 2897'. 3) RIH with a cement retainer and set at 2860' D]I,. Pump below the retainer and establish a breakdown rate and pressure. Pump a minimum 550 sacks of class "G" cement below the retainer. Pull out of the retainer and lay any excess cement on top of the retainer, This plug will abandon the "B" zone perforations from 3010'-3035'; 3065'-3180; 3480'-3580'. 4) RIH with a cement retainer and set at 900'. Mill a section window in the 13-3/8" casing from 725'-800'. Underream the section to 17-1/2" and lay a balanced kickoff plug from 900' to 525'. The cement kick off plug will prevent any hydrocarbon movement into shallower zones. 5) Kick off the plug at 750', perform a leak off test at the new 13-3/8" casing shoe and begin the 12-1/4" redrill. It is proposed to change the setting depth of the 16" csg. from 1000' to 500' due to anticipated hole problems. Holes have been cut in 20" Conductor #~.7 to allow wtr. entry and therefore utilized as a wtr. supply well. Because of these holes, it is anticipated that the hole for the 16" csg. will have to be drilled and opened w/ filtered Inlet wtr. w/o returns to surface. It will be necessary to clean the hole periodically w/ gelled slugs. Safe drlg. practices limit this type drlg. in large hole sizes to very shallow depths. It is proposed to change the setting depth of the 9 5/8" csg. from 11,000' to 12,.488'. The 9 5/8" csg.; is intended to be a versatile csg. string which will be set at TD upon completion of the well, if there are no hole problems. However, during the course of drlg. the long interval from 4000' to TD, the 9 5/8" csg. can be set at any depth where unstable irreparable or abnormal hole conditions warrant. An 8 1/2" hole would then be drilled below the 9 5/8" csg. to TD and a 7" liner would be run to cover the open hole section.
