Pulling and laying dmvn 3-1/2" drill pipe. 1/26 Finished laying down drill pipe. Installed Baker Model CBridge plug ' at 90'. pulled riser and BOPE stack to install a new X-over spool. Riser assembly would not fit properly on the new well head. 1/27 Haited on new X over flange. Installed new flange. Tested BOPE to 1500 psi. OK. Stabbed in to retainer at 90'. 1/28 Worked retainer for four hours. Finally got plug out. Plug had cement chips all around the rubbers. (Probably froI11 the drill pipe). Singled in 3-1/2 II tubing. Circulated, pulled out of hole. 1/29 Picked up Reda pump. Ran Reda pump. Installed back pressure valve in:the tubing. Nippled down BOPE. 1/30 'Installed tree and flow line. Displaced 72 pcf Invermul with diesel. Waited on boat to deliver more diesel. 1/31 Finished displacing mud with diesel. Pulled ball valve. KBM at 8658. Reran ball valve. Tested ball valve. OK. Mud is at the top of perforations. Shut well in for 1 hour. Tubing pressure was 500 psi. Allowed well to back flow a full two inch 8tream. Mixed 214 barrels of 90 pcf Invermul. Pumped 90 pcf mud, let well back flow, and allC\ved 90ff mud to equalize to bottom. Well was dead at 7:30p.m. Removed tree. Rigged up BOPEand riser. Tested to 1500 psi. OK. ~ ! Closed ball valve by releasing hydraulic pressure. Nippled dO'tm BOPE. Installed tree. Hegged pump. OK. Tested tree seals to 4000 psi OK. Rigged up flowline, safety shut in system, spliced cable in J box, etc. Displaced mud with diesel by reversing. 2/26 Displaced 166 'bbls; pressure rose to 2500 psi. Started pump. Maximum tubing pressure was 450 psi with choke closed for 20 seconds. Pressure dropped to 100 psi. Reda Motor was drawing high amps indicating a large amount of fluid was being pumped. Shut down pump. pulled ball valve. Ball valve packing possibly leaking. Reran dunwy valve. Pressured tubing and annulus pressure would rise. Pulled ball valve again. Looked OK. 2/27 Reran ball valve. Producing through test separation with shut in valve on ,separator wired open, using flush vessel for make up gas because well is not making enough gas to operate separa- tor. Crosby relief valve is installed in the well flow line and set at 1000 psi. to relieve back into the \olel1 annulus in cas.e of surface shut in and pump does not" shut dmoln. \vell pumped off at 12: 00 noon and pump went down on underload, changed out surface choke while, well was do\vn. Restarted well at 3:00p.m. with 600 psi back pressure on choke. Well producing at 1850 B/D ~ate initially with 600 psi on tubing. Amperage on pump meter fluctuated between 50 and 60 amps. The problem appears to be slugs of gas entering, the pump and lightening the load on the meter. Under load shut do~vn set at 48 amps, well was do\vn 45 minutes on underload from 6:30a.m. to 7:15 a.m. Before shut dO\Vll, tubing pressure was 640 psi. Brought well b~~k on with 700 psi. Tubing pressure, gradually lowered to 600 psi., decreased to 500 psi at 3:00 p.m. Amps still 57. 3/9 Running C-22-26 with 57-58 amps. Holding 600-700 psi tubing pressure. Well tests vary on hourly readings between 1600-1700 bbls/day. 3/10 Pump ran 24 hours. &~te 1650-1800 BID, cut 34 to 387, Amperage 57-58.
