Drove 30" conductor to 117'68' RT, 31.82' below Inlet floor.
Spudded with bit at 1300 hours 9/26/67. Made up 17-1/2" bit on 26" hole
opener. Tagged Inlet floor at 85'. Drilled 26" hole to 539' RT.
Drilled 26" hole to 635'. Ran 20 jts. range 2 94# H-40 8 rd.~csg. Landed
with Baker duplex shoe on bottom at 624' 'RT and OCT landing sub adapter
assembly between joint 17 and 18 at 95.32' below RT and 9.46' below Inlet
floor. Cemented through 4-1/2" F.H. drill pipe with left hand in Baker
duplex shoe with 850'sacks class "G" c&ment mixed with fresh water and 3%
CaC12; ~ad good returns to surface during job and good cement returns.
Displaced drill pipe, pump and lines with 60 cu.ft, mud.' Unscrewed out of
duplex shoe. CIP at 2130 hours 9/27/67. Pulled out of hole with drill pipe.
Washed cement out of annulus between 20" and 30" down to landing sub
adapter.
Welded 30" x 20" head. Installed 20" Hydril. Unable to test Hydril. Press.
would bleed off from 600# to 200#. Made up bit and drill collars. Drilled
and surveyed 12-1/4" hole from 635' to 1164'. Lost circulation. Worked
pipe and mixed fine mica, gel,"and walnut hulls. Regained circulation,
Drilled 1~-1/4" hole from 1164' to 1378' with full returns. Made a short
trip. Pulled out of hole to run casing as follows:

Through Baker shoe and collar pumped 400 sacks class "G" cement mixed with
Inlet water and 800 sacks class "G" cement mixed with Inlet water and 2%
CaC12. Preceeded'cement with 25 cu.ft, fresh water. Displaced cement with
600 cu.ft, mud. CIP at 1930 hours. Lost and regained circulation three
times during job. Lost circulation completely approximately half way
through displacement. Checked for bleed back, shoe holding ok. No plugs.
Removed Hydril, cut off 20" casing. Installed OCT '20" x 13-3/8" head with
secondary seal. Tested seal to 2000# for 15 minutes, ok. Wi~h Howco.'cement
line, made up on annulus valve between 20" and 13-3/8" casing, pumped 50
cu.ft, fresh water followed by 550 sacks class "G" cement mixed with Inlet
water and 2% CaC12 followed by 250 cu.ft, fresh water. Final pressure 200#.
Closed casing head valve withpressure remaining.

Casing shoe at 4238' RT, Mixed and pumped 350 sacks class "G" cement mixed
with fresh Water and 3% CaC12. Had full circulation during' first stage.
Displaced with 571 cu.ft, mud and bumpted plug with 1500 psi. Opened
Howco DV collar~at 3165' wit~ 1200 psi. Unable to break circulation with
mud. Mixed fine mica and walnut hull with high vis gel pill, but unable to
regain circulation. Mixed and pumped 550 sacks class t'G" cement with fresh
water. Displaced with 411.cu.ft. mud. Bumpted plut on DV collar, closed
and held ok. CIP on first stage job at 1900 hours. CIP on second stage job
at 2230 hours. '

DV plugs and cleaned out to top of float collar at 4195'. Measured o~t of
hole. Ran Schlumberger CBL and perforated with 2 holes per ft. with 3-3/8"
Hyper Jet gun from 3405'~"to 3435'.
Ran Howco tester. Set packer at 3380' with tail at 3394'. Reversed drill
pipe before pulling tester. Drill pipe full of water. Salinity 900 ppm
Pulled tester loose and out of hole.

Opened tool to flow for one hour. Closed tester for ICIP for one hour.
Opened tester for flow for 50 minutes. FCIP period 30 minutes. Reversed
fluid out of drill pipe. Entire drill pipe string completely full of
formation water. Tester was plugged with sand. Ran back in hole with
Howco DM cement retainer and set at 3596'. Fluid would circulate around
retainer. Set second retainer at 3575' and squeezed interval from 3405'
to 5435' Squeezed 50 sacks class G cement mixed with 2'-% CaC1 followed

by 85 cu ft. mud. Final squeeze pressure 1800#. CIP at 1950 hours.
Pulled out of cement retainer, left 5 cu.ft, cement on top of retainer,
backscuttled and pulled out of hole. Schlumberger perforated interval
from 3515 to 3545' with 5 3/8" Hyper Jet Gun - 2 holes per foot. Ran
ttowco tester with .packer set at 5286' and tail at 5500'. Opened tester for
IF at 0120 hours, for 15 minutes. Closed tester for FCIP for one hour.
Final flow opened for 30 minutes. FCIP period 50 minutes. Reversed out.
Drill pipe string full of water. Salinity 800 ppm. xpulled tester out of'
hole.

With open end drill pipe at.3365', pumped 35 sacks class G cement mixed
with 2% CaC12. Dressed off top of cement to 5168', then to 3258' Rigged
up Schlumberger and perforated interval from 5215' to 3230' with ~ holes
per foot. Ran Howco tester with packer at 5185' and tail at 3199': Opened
tester for initial flow for 15 minutes. Closed tester for ICIP for 1 hour.
Final flow period 35 minutes. FCIP for 20 minutes. Drill pipe entirely
full of 930 ppm water.

sub adapters. Laid down riser assemblies. Now laying down drill pipe.
Ran AZ expanding casing cutter. Cut 50" casing off at 89' RT, 3' below Inlet
floor. Laid down balance of 4 1/2" drill pipe. Loaded out casing and casing
tools.
