Kustat~u St. g. #1 Hartog Oil Company, operator On Tuesday, November 3, 1970, Mr. Roy Clanton of Montgomery Drilling Company called to advise that the subject location had been cleaned and was ready for final inspection. He advised that some gravel had been moved from the pad to the airstrip for use of Andy's Flying Service and that the location had been cleared and cleaned. Since Hartog plans to drill another well in the vicinity they are not in a hurry for the final abandonment or release of the bond. Regained circulation but casing wouldn't move so cemented in place. 990 sacks of Class G cement were required before clean cement returns were established which calculates to be 43% in exdess of bit volume. Since channelling was not evident and good cement returns were received over the shaker, it appears that there is a very good cement job on the surface casing and that it should contain any pressure zones encountered to the proposed 10,000 foot depth.
