Rigged up wireline and cut tubing at 5416'. Attempted to circulate - no good. Assumed that cement broke down formation and channeled to perfs in casing at 4716'. Ran in hole with cutter and cut tubing at 4650'. Established circulation to surface, no signs of J-347 gel slurry. Circulated additional gel slurry to surface. Mixed and equalized 250 sacks Class "G" cement + 1% D-79 + 0.2% D-46 from 4650'-2815'. Cement in olace at 1930 hours. Rigged up wireline and perf'd tubing at 300'. Mixed and pumped 55 sacks Class "G" cement + 1% D-79 + 0.2% D-46 with returns to surface. Attempted top job in 11-3/4" X 7" annulus, took 1 0arrel. Cement in place at 2130 hours. Secured well. Performed top jOb again pumping 9 bbls in 7" X 2-7/8" annulus, 1 bbl in 2-7/8" tubing, 1 bbl in 20" X 11-3/4" annulus and 8 bbls Class "G" cement into 11-3/4" X 7" annulus. Make sure casing and tubing have no pressure. 2.) RIH with 1 3/4" jet tubing perforator and perforate tubing +_100' above plug at +5511'. ROH with ARRS and RD. 3.) RU DS and pressure test surface equipment to +_3000 psi. 4.) Circulate well-until returns established through annulus, with fresh water (see Pump Schedule on Page 2). 5). Mix and pump 85 bbls of H20/J-347 Gel mixture followed by 2 bbls H20. Shut-in casing/ tubing annulus and perform injection test. Attempt to pump down tubing (through the ported sub below the tubing plug at 5611'). If an injection rate of 1/2 bpm below 2100 psi can be established, squeeze perfs with 200 sx "G" cement and additives, as per Pump Schedule on Page 2. -- Note: Watch the annulus pressure guage closely while attempting this step. If annulus pressure builds to 2100 psi, shut down pumps open annulus and lay 333 sxs balanced plug above packer. If annulus pressure does not build over 2100 psi and injection rate can be established, mix and pump 200 Sx down tubing through the ported sub. Note: Watch the annulus pressure gUage closely while attempting this step. If annulus pressure builds to 700 psi, shut down pumps and open annulus. Proceed to Step #6. If annulus pressure does not build over 700 psi and injection rate can be established, mix and pump 200 sx down tubing through the ported sub. After CIR, WOC +12 hours. Open annulus and go to Step #6. During Step #5, the ll 3/4" X 7" annulus will also be monitored. 65% of 7" 0-55 casing burst pressure = 2834 psi Pressure at packer exerted by fluid column = - 2075 psi Theoretical allowable annulus pressure = 759 psi 6.)
