CASING DETAIL: Reference completion report dated August 9, 1961 Se.ptember .15:. 1968 Rigged up and killed well with Black Magic. Could not circulate down casing and through holes in tubing (Schlumberger shot 5 at 10,220') because of sand fill; pumped down tubing and out casing with 2,500 psi to break circulation, then 500-700 psi. September 16, 1968 Installe~ Cosasco plug and removed x-mas tree. Installed and tested Class IIn BOPE, tested Blind and pipe rams to 5000 psi. Remove C0sasco plug. Pulled tubing loose with 90,000 lbs. SePtember 17. - 18, 1968 Circulated out gas kick with Black Magic. Circulated and conditioned mud. Recovered tubing to CC Safety Joint. Comco MM Mandrel #5 at 6254' had washed out ports. Started fishing for remaining tubing. Latched on to CC Safety Joint pin. Circulated out gas cut mud. Pulled out slow to prevent swabbing. Cleaned out sand fill; last 12' hard fill. Circulated bottoms up. September 19, 1968 _~_/" Ran into hole with scraper and double scraped perforations. September 20, 1968 Pulled wet all the way out o.f the hole. Rigged up Schlumberger and perforated from 10,598' to 10,608' and 10,632' to 10,657' (IES-log depth) with 4-1/2" Hyperjets p.er foot. Ran Model '!F" packer and set at 10,592'. Plug tested all equipment, other than packers, below top packer. September 21, 1968 Made up jewelry and tubing as per attached mechanical condition sheet and ran in hole. Hydrotested tubing above Baker FH packer at 10,313'. Landed tubing. September 22, 1968 Removed BOPE and installed x-mas tree. Displaced Black Magic with crude oil. Set Otis "S" plug and pressureJtubing to set packers.
