Production continued from the B3 and B6 intervals. 5/66 SI the B3 and B6 Sands because fuel and rental gas were being delivered from the Kenai Field. 6-8/87 Tagged fill at 3515' MD in the tubing. Obtained the static bottomhole pressure of 1169 psi at the mid point between the B3 and B6 Sands. Returned to production with an initial rate of 1 MMSCFPD. Production increased to 3.7 MMSCFPD with a FTP of 900 psi. 11/87 Production remained at 3.7 MMSCFPD, but FTP dropped to 850 psi. SI to tie the line into the permanent facilities. Production resumed, but the rate declined to 2.67 MMSCFPD at a FTP of 700 psi and further declined to 1.9 MMSCFPD at a FTP of 700 psi. The well continued to decline and finally died in November of 1987. 12/87 Tagged fill at 3517' MD. Pulled orifice valve from mandrel at 3450' MD. Returned well to production at a rate of 2.8 MMSCFPD at a FTP of 790 psi. 5/88 Production continued to decline and finally died in May of 1988. RIH w/pump bailer and tagged sand at 3318' MD. This Sundry Notice is being submitted to comply with Chapter II, Section 3162.3-4, paragraph (c) of the Bureau of Land Management Regulations. All 32 wells are expected to be shut-in for a period of at least 30 days during 1992. Several information sheets are attached with this Sundry Notice request. Attachment 1 lists the proposed TA wells and separates them into the following five categories: Shut-in wells under evaluation for: rate potential, permanent abandonment (P & A), and shallow gas sand potential and 'Hemlock Only abandonment. RECEIVED DEC ,~ 1 199t Alaska Oil & Gas Cons. Commission Anchorage Mr. J. A. Dygas Page 2 December 27, 1991 Shut-in wells until field blowdown, including: 4. Hemlock producers, and 5. wells with future shallow gas potential in which the Hemlock has been abandoned. The fifth category shown above is a new addition to this year's TA listing. This grouping is for the wells in 'which the Hemlock has been abandoned but the wellbore is being maintained for possible future shallow gas production. Four wells from last ye,ar's TA list were moved into this category. Attachment 2 gives a brief explanation for each well that has been added to or removed from the 1991 Temporarily Abandoned List (Ref: our letter of 12/28/90). Eight wells, SCU 12A-4, SCU 21-8, SCU 23B-3, SCU 43A-4, SCU 13-9, SRU 212-10, SRU 21-22 and SRU 212-27, have been added while two wells, SRU 21-15 and SRU 314-27, have been removed from the previous TA List. Attachment 3 is a list of shut-in wells that are not included in the '92 TA listing. Two of the wells mentioned above, SRU 21-15 and SRU 314-27, are not included because they are scheduled for P & A in the first quarter of 1992. This work is being done as part of the '91-'92 Swanson River Plan of Development. Also included in Attachment 3 is SCU 43-4WD, a standby water disposal well which is only used seasonally. Currently, gas is flowing through a single gaslift mandrel located below both producing sands. However, recent tubing pressure history and wireline work suggests that formation sand may be filling the tubing production casing annulus and inhibiting gas flow. Thus, we propose that the tubing be perforated at 3041' and 3400' with five feet each of 1 SPF, 1-11/16" hollow carrier perforating guns. ' ,.· ;. a ~ . .? REPORT OF FIRE G0-106 CONT. At this t~nne remainder of fueI gas was feeding the fire inside of building, ~ due to fa£1u~e of brass valve or brass regulator. (2" line, approximately 100' long had 75# pressure' on it.) ~ The building had started to ignite by'now. With no other source of equip- ment on h~nd the Production. Operator was sent to load vacuum truck with 50 bbls. of water. Pumper and Foreman stoOd by to contain fire to this area. Building completely destroyed, Regenerator total loss. See att. photos. '. Believe the contributing factor to this ripe was the defective throttling temperatu~'e control valve, which failed ~o shut off. This creating extreme heat in fire tube. Fire tube comes in con~act ,with building and extreme over-hea~tng caused fire.
