Valve jumped approx 3' and sheared off pulling tool with valve in tree at master valve. Unable to close either swab valve or master valve. Developed bad leak in lubricator. Connected BJ to other tubing string and pumped 290 bblsof salt water to kill well. Checked well for 30 minutes. Well remained dead. Pulled lubricator and retrieved ball valve. Ball valve stuck in 3-\" nipple in bottom of lubricator. Closed master gate. Installed 3~" swab valve in top flange above tree. Leak caused by 3~ 8V thd x 4% BV thd screwed into ,4~" buttress coupling. Rigged up lubricator on swab valve and ran in hole with ~hifting tool to shift sleeves. Found by collar locator that tools were in short string - String fF2. Short string is west string, long string is east string. Rigged dovm swab valve' and lubricator from west string and rigged up on east string. Rigged up 3\" ball valve puller and ran in hole.· Pulled ball 'iâ~ve. Ran in hûleto 6B22 and shifted valve 6. Raised to 6261 and shifted valve 5, raised to 5637 and shifted valve 4. Raised to 4826 and shift~d valve 3. Raised to 3987 and shifted valve 2. Raised to 3010 and shifted valve 1. Pulled out of hole and dressed shifting tool. Ran back in hole to 9370', opened valve 13. Raised to 9055 and opened valve No. 12. Raised to 8742 and opened valve 11. Raised to 8430 and opened valve 10. Raised to 8087 and opened valve 9. Raised to 7711 and opened valve 8. Raised to 7282 and opened valve 7. All valves in long string are open. The 7" Guiberson AGT drillable permanent packer was tagged at 11,591' tubing measure- ments. The Guiberson RH~2 dual hydraulic packer was located at 9443', tubing measurements. Pressured annulus to 10001! to test lower packer seal assembly, OK. Spaced out both strings. Total'joints in long string 373 and total joints in short string 302. Ball valve landing nipples are at 333' in the long string and at 324' in the short string'. Pulled both strings of tubing to the ball valve landing nipple. Reran dual strings installing ~" stainless steel control lines, testing control lines to 5000# when a connection was made. Landed both strings of tubing. 'Weight on bottom packer approximately 10,00011 using surface weight indicator. Weight of both strings of tubing was 125,000# going down and 220,00041 coming up. Removed BOP equipment. . 3/19-20 PBTD 12,507' .. Ran 6" ·bit and 7" casing scraper on 3%" and 5" drill pipe to landing collar at 12,507'. Tested liner lap with 200041 for 30 minutes, OK. Displaced mud with salt water and displ'aced -salt water with diesel. Total diesel used 760 bbls. Rigged up Lane-Wells and ran Gamma Ray and Collar· Locator logs. Ran 2-3/4" OD flat bottom magnet and opened long string with magnet setting on fishing neck. Well flowing less than 1 bbl per hour. Pulled,magnet out of hole but did not recover any metal. Rigged up BJ and pumped down long string at 3/4 bbl per minute at 2000#, circulating" out the short string. Ran ball valve retrieving tool on Lane-Wells wireline and jarred up on ball valve for ~% hours tripping jars with 2000# tension. Sheared safety release and pulled out of hole. Rigged up Otis and set ball val ve in short string landing nipple at 324' . Valve tes ted OK. / Mixed 200 bbls of 104f. pe.r gallon calcium chloride water. Rigged up BJ and pumped/" 80 bbls of calcium chloride water down long string while circulating out the / short string. Shut in short string and pumped 55 bbls down long string at / 1;. bbls per minute. at 35001;. " Well dead. Rigged up Bowen 30004; BOP and kill line on 3~" tubing. . Ran in hole with bull dog grapple, safety joint, and hydraulic Jars on 2-1/16" tubing. Latched onto ball valve, jarred up 6 times with 25,000/1 tension and ball valve came free. Recovered ball valve with no junk. Ball valve showed. slight metal marking on one dog. Lower packing torn badly. Pumpêd 15 bbls of water down long string while circulating out the short string. 3/24 PBTD 12,507' - Ran ball valve in long string on Lane-Wells wireline. Attempted to set ball valve in landing nipple at 333' but line would not fall free enough to jar ball valve into landing nipple. Rigged down Lane-Wells and rigged up' Otis wirelineunit. Ran ball valve on Otis wireline and jarred into landing nipple ~vith 8 blows. Pulled out of hole and. tested ball valve. Could not pressure up to open ball valve. Packing on ball valve apparently leaking. Ran in hole with retrieving tool 3 times, shearing safety release while jarring up to release ball valve. Pulled out of hole and changed retrieving tool to the jar-down safety release type. Ran in hole and jarred on ball valve 20 minutes. ~'¡ireline pulled out of rope socket. Ran in hole with fishing tools and recovered fish. Rigged up Lane-Wells and reheaded line. Ran in hole with retrieving tool, mechanical jars, and hydraulic jars. L~tched onto ball valve and pulled 2000# to trip hydraulic jars. Wireline pulled out of rope socket when jars fired. Rigged up Otis wireline, ran in hole, and latched onto fish. Sheared safety release on pulling tool and recovered fish. Reran ball valve retrieving tool on Lane-Wells line. Latched onto ball valve and jarred up for 3~ hours, tripping hydraulic jars with l500fF tension. Pulled out of hole and found sinker bars bac1.<ed off, leaving mechanical jars, hydraulic jars and retrieving tools in the hole.
