The current listed well permits were not issued by AOGCC. We added a seventh digit to the permit number and inturn created a database problem. I corrected this situation by changing the permit number to a new Y2K seven-digit permit number. This casing was landed on an L.T.C. head 43' below K.B. The shoe was cemented at 2328' with 800 sax class G cement.with 3% prehydrated gel, followed by 300 sax neat cement mixed with 2% calcium chloride· The 95# to 115# slurry was. dis- placed at a maximum pressure of 750 psi. with good returns to the surface· ,, Squeezing Cement in Annulus between 20" and 13 3/8" Casin8~ Installin8 B.O.'E. ~ Tore out 20" B.O.E. and riser assembly. The well started to kick out cement' from between 13 3/8" and 20" casing.' A 3/4" pipe was run 180' into the annulus and gas cut cement was'circulated Out. 350 sax of class G 115# cement slurry was pumped~ int~ t~ annulus without stopping .the gas.
