The casing scheme consists of a 13-3/8" surface casing @ 2891 and cemented to surface.A 10-5/8" hole was drilled to 10,870'and a 6-5/8" P-110 production casing was run.The well was worked over in April 2013 and a string of 2-7/8"tubing and a mechanical packer set above the Hemlock H-1 bench. The purpose of this work/sundry is to abandon the current perforated interval and prepare the wellbore for re- ✓ drilling operations. A drilling permit application will be submitted separately for the sidetrack. I CO4cv'. r*e :ccr„.c ll ljQ. The casing scheme consists of a 13 -3/8" surface casing © 2891 and cemented to surface. A 10 -5/8" hole was drilled to 10,870' and a 6 -5/8" P -110 production • casing was run. Notes Regarding Wellbore Condition Well current well status is a producing oil well in the Hemlock H -1 with a plug in the s- nipple @ 10,421' OBJECTIVE OF WORKOVER Pull tubing and upper three packers to optimize production from the Hemlock 1 -5 interval and redesign an efficient gas lift completion. Work -Over Rig Procedure 1. MIRU a -line, pressure test Lubricator to 1,500 psi. 2. RU radial cutting torch, RIH and cut tubing at 10,357' (10 ft above blast joint), & 10' above XA sleeve at 10,34'. This Sundry Notice is being submitted to comply with 43 CFR 3162.3-4, paragraph (c) of the Bureau of Land Management Regulations. As shown on the Sundry Notice, we are requesting that the 12 month approval period for the proposed TA wells coincide with the Plan Period of the Thirtieth Plan of Development and Operations for the Swanson River Field; i.e. April 1, 1994 to March 31, 1995. Two information sheets are attached with this Sundry Notice request. Attachment I lists the proposed TA wells using the same-format as submitted last year. The two general categories are shut-in wells being held for evaluation for current uses or disposition and wells being held for future uses during field blowdown. Attachment 2 gives a brief explanation for each well that has been added or removed from the proposed Temporarily Abandoned List. Three wells SCU 24A-9, SCU 33-5, and SCU 21-3 were removed from the list while two wells SRU 12-15 and SRU 21- 33WD were added to the list. RECEIVED APR - 1 1994 ~ask~ Oil & Gas Cons. This Sundry Notice is being submitted to comply with Chapter II, Section 3162.3-4, paragraph (c) of the Bureau of Land Management Regulations. All 32 wells are expected 'to be shut-in for a period of at least 30 days during 1992. Several information sheets are attached with this Sundry Notice request. Attachment 1 lists the proposed TA wells and separates them into the following five categories: Shut-in wells under evaluation for: . rate potential, permanent abandonment (P & A), and shallow gas sand potential and 'Hemlock Only abandonment. RECEIVED DEC ,~ 1 199t Alaska Oil & Gas Cons. Commission Anchorage Mr. J. A. Dy gas Page 2 December 27, 1991 Shut-in wells until field bl0w..d.own, including:. 4. Hemlock producers, and 5. wells with future shallow gas potential in which the Hemlock has been abandoned. The fifth category shown above is a new addition to this year's TA listing. This grouping is for the wells in 'which the Hemlock has been abandoned but the wellbore is being maintained for possible future shallow gas production. Four wells from last ye,ar's TA list were moved into this category. Attachment 2 gives a brief explanation for each well that has been added to or removed from the 1991 'Temporarily Abandoned List (Ref: our letter of 12/28/90). Eight wells, SCU 12A-4, SCU 21-8, SCU 23B-3, SCU 43A-4, SCU 13-9, SRU 212-10, SRU 21-22 and SRU 212-27, have been added while two wells, SRU 21-15 and SRU 314-27, have been removed from the previous TA List. Attachment 3 is a list of shut-in wells that are not included in the '92 TA listing. Two of the wells mentioned above, SRU 21-15 and SRU 314-27, are not included because they are scheduled for P & A in the first quarter of 1992. This work is being done as part of the '91-'92 Swanson River Plan of Development. Also included in Attachment 3 is SCU 43-4WD, a standby water disposal well which is only used seasonally.
