ITEM 1a: Classification of Service Wells: Gas Injection, Water Injection, Water-Alternating-Gas Injection, Salt Water Disposal, Water Supply for Injection, Observation, or Other. Multiple completion is defined as a well producing from more than one pool with production from each pool completely segregated. Each segregated pool is a completion. ITEM 4b: TPI (Top of Producing Interval). ITEM 8: The Kelly Bushing elevation in feet above mean low low water. Use same as reference for depth measurements given in other spaces on this form and in any attachments. ITEM 13: The API number reported to AOGCC must be 14 digits (ex: 50-029-20123-00-00). ITEM 20: True vertical thickness. ITEM 22: Attached supplemental records for this well should show the details of any multiple stage cementing and the location of the cementing tool. ITEM 23: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval (multiple completion), so state in item 1, and in item 23 show the producing intervals for only the interval reported in item 26. (Submit a separate form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the data pertinent to such interval). The sidetrack, 2-26C, will exit out of the existing 4 1/2" liner off a whipstock in Zone 4 and target Zone 2 sands. The existing perfs will be isolated by a bridge plug below the whipstock as well as liner cement and a liner top packer on the new sidetrack. The following describes work planned for the P&A and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10-403. A schematic diagram of the proposed sidetrack is attached for reference. Geologist advises that the K2 & K1 Marker could contain gas and the Put River sand could be oil bearing. Follow good well control practices at all times. Monitor pit volumes and mud returns for any signs of insufficient mud weight There should not be significant stability problems within the intermediate interval. Kick-off with sufficient mud weight into the K5 marker shale and maintain through the Kingak shale that will be encountered.. It is advisable to minimize pressure surges while drilling, tripping, and running liner. Additionally, maximum hole angle will not exceed 32° in the intermediate section. On DS 2, tight hole and packing off have been the main problems throughout this interval. Good drilling practices and 10.5 ppg mud weight will be used to maintain the shales in the intermediate hole section. Asphalt shale products such as Baranex and Barotrol in the mud system and the HTHP filtrate values below 10 cc/30 minute will assist with shale stability. KICK TOLERANCE: 8 112" open hole section is 210 bbls at an ISIP of 194 psi. This assumes an influx from the Sag River formation at -10420' MD (8422' TVD), a 7.5 ppg pore pressure within that interval, a 10.5 ppg mud in the hole, exerting pressure against an 11.9 ppg fracture gradient at the 13-3/8" shoe (2661' MD/TVD.) This assumes that while circulating a gas kick out of the hole, a breach in the 9 5/8" casing exposes the sfc casing shoe to pressure. PRODUCTION SECTION: There are no planned fault crossings in .the reservoir section. Production Hole- Pad data sheet indicates Put R. zone may have a reservoir pressure of 4200 psi. Kingak and Shublik drilling has experienced gas cut mud. Ivichak zones 4,3,2 & 1 have experienced lost returns. KICK TOLERANCE while drilling 6 118" hole, with 8.5 ppg mud at the 7" shoe (9.5 ppg F.G.) would be an infinite influx (the annular volume) assuming an influx at section TD of 12,548 (9034' TVD). This is a worst case scenado based on a 7.2 ppg pore pressure. Disposal: No annular injection in this well. Cuffings Handling: Cuffings generated from drilling operations will be hauled to grind and inject at DS-04. Any metal cuttings will be sent to the North Slope Borough. Fluid Handling: Haul all drilling and completion fluids and other Class II wastes to DS-04 for injection. Haul all Class I wastes to Pad 3 for disposal. 2-26B Permit to Drill SUMMARY SIDETRACK PROCEDURES * Notify the field AOGCC representative with intent to plug and abandon * Pre-Rig Work: . . . . o , 10. 11.
