This well will be designated as MG$ State 17595 Well No. (~.01 a~d h~a: & projected depth o£ 5,000 feet.. Since this well will be locat.ecl within less than one mile of your lease, ADL-l~754, we need to obtain a waiver of objections to this drilling from you before a permit to drill will be issued by the State of Alaska. That I am a resident of the State of Alaska and employed with Pan American Petroleum Corporation in the capacity of Area Superintendent. 2. That I have caused to be prepared an application for a drilling site within the exception provided for in Section 2061.4 of the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Rules. 3. That in support of this application, I hereby state, within my ~ personal knowledge, that plat, the same being drawn to scale of the proposed drilling site, is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and correctly reflects pertinent and required data. 4. Your affiant further states that to the best of my knowledge there is no other lessee within 3,291 feet of the proposed location. 5. Your affiant further states with personal knowledge that the location 571 feet east of the west line and 1,985 feet south of the north line of Section 31, Township 9 North, Range 12 West, Seward Meridian, is considered optimum for geological reasons and for drilling of a gas well for the purpose of supplying fuel for development drilling operations to be conducted from Pan American's Middle Ground Shoal Platform B.
