The Pan American Petroleum Corporation submitted a request dated September 22, 1967 for a correction of the typographical error in the description of the affected area in Conservation Order #53. 2. An error in the description of the affected area in Conservation Order #53 does exist. 3. Notice of hearing on the request was published in the Anchorage Daily News on September 29, 1967, pursuant to Section 2012 of the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, but no protest for hearing was received. A typographical error was made in transcribing the description of the area as it was stated in the application of the Pan American Petroleum Corporation. The effected area as applied for in Conservation Order #53 is correctly described as follows: Township 7 North, RanKe 13, Wes,t,r.S.M. Section 1: Section 2: All Section 3: All Section 10: N% and Section 11: To~wnship 8 North, Section 27: Section 34: All Section 35: Ail Section 36: W% Parties who may be aggrieved if the affected area is changed, as described above, are allowed ten days from the date of this publication in which to file a protest and request for hearing. If such protest is timely filed, a hearing Conservation Order ~/54 on the matter will be held at the above address on October 11, 1967 at 10:00 a.m., at which time protestants and others may be heard.
